I had the pleasure of tasting their tortelli d'erbetta, handmade and seasoned with melted butter and sage, which were simply delicious. I then tried the stuffed tip with potatoes, tender and tasty, accompanied by a side of grilled vegetables. For dessert, I concluded with an exquisite sbrisolona with eggnog cream. Service: The service was impeccable. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and were able to recommend the best dishes based on my tastes. Value for money: The value for money is excellent. I hate to leave bad reviews, but I must. Just read the top comments (all from tourists) and the negative comments (mostly from locals). I won't say the food was bad, I love all pasta from anywhere. The ravioli didn't taste any different than the ravioli you can get from the frozen food section at the supermarket and the bread was so bland. If you're coming all the way to Parma for food, this is not the place. Price per person: €20–30
