"In Paris for a few days with my yo niece. She's not a big foodie, but does love Mexican, which is something we can't get at home. I did a quick search online and settled on this spot. So glad I did! We shared...a plate of Travis. Tim. Very authentic flavors. We had pastor, beef, Carnitas and chorizo. We were supposed to each pick two and save a bite for the other to try.... Luckily for me it came with a side of really yummy guacamole as she forgot after her first one and enjoyed them so much I just let her have them. She liked the pastor tacos so much she asked for another. I also had the Jamaica (hibiscus) juice. Delicious and refreshing. The waiters were really helpful too. Definitely recommend!"

It was great to find a genuine mexican peruvian joint in Paris, slightly pricy compared to the food/portions, but this is Paris after all..

Delicious food at a small and cozy restaurant situated minutes from the Louvre museum. My wife ordered the alambre and I ordered the dish of the day accompanied by a wonderful soup.

Good Mexican restaurant, the sauces have some flavour ! The little, thin waiter was very kind and attentive and gave good pieces of advice to me and other customers. A little costly though. View menu

If you fancy real Mexican food in an informal relaxed setting that you can go with family, then Itacate is always a sound choice. tacos al Pastor and Carnitas, good Quesadillas. If you are lucky, there are always good sauces to take back home. Go...there at least once a month.

i love tacos.. anything in a tortilla. in a moment of weakness i dragged my family into Itacate for a quick bite. Itacate's version is not bad, but not great. good enough for the moment. they were sold out of alot of items on the...menu, service was mediocre. didn't have the typical cantina vibe.

The place turned out to be a stupid walk . We finished Louvre with hunger in our tummys. We braved the rain and cold to find the place shut at pm.The timings written were pm till open. BUT nothing was open what a stupid...place. You should atleast inform Google or TripAdvisor if you are not open or about to close down View menu

What works best for Itacate is it’s central location! The food was just decent. Reasonable amount of vegetarian options. But make sure you check your bill before swiping the card. We were overcharged by around and when we asked them, they casually reduced the...bill without any display of human error. One-time visit only!

As a Mexican is amazing to be able to find a restaurant that can really give me the same flavors as home, specially with all the tex-Mex restaurants everywhere. El Itacate is the best Mexican restaurant in Paris, the people is really nice, the service...is great and the food exquisite. I recommend the guacamole, tacos de carnitas, alambre and everything
