"I had arranged an informal meeting here. Although there were plenty of empty tables, they were all dirty and some had pigeons on eating the left overs I left and had coffee at a nearby cafe. I'm writing this review since today whilst waiting for a friend I went into the bond st station joe and the juice. I ordered a juice with spinach apple and pineapple for£5.40- there was no spinach in it and I would have been better off going to the adjacent m&s and buying a far cheaper bottled apple juice. Maybe my experience has been unfortunate, however I think think this company is jumping on a bandwagon and not offering a quality juice or experience"

Just love it....., I can’t think of a single thing I would change except perhaps the price: nearly £7 for a juice seems high.

I was served by a very rude girl with an angry attitude who seems to be in the wrong job. I would not return to Broadwick Street due to her behavior. The food itself isn't bad, but it doesn't cost anything to have manners.

Coffee order given to other customers after a wait, laughed at by the staff and cheer up as its the last day of the year and music and bass on so loud you can barely hear the person next to you. Not a great experience : .... View menu

The food is tasty, the atmosphere and decor are stylish and comfortable. However, the service is absolutely terrible! The staff is unfriendly and arrogant, and the service is incredibly slow. It's disappointing because this could be a great place if it weren't for the rude and slow service.

Very surprised by the bad reviews, but we had a good experience at this bar. Other than star bucks, they were the first to pronounce my name correct : I had a good coffee, goed turkey sandwich and my boyfriend had a very tasty fresh juice/smoothie. Although it was a very crowded place, we did not find it disturbing.

If I could give a lower review I would. The two young men who work there one blonde and French and the other brunette yelled at me when I said I received the wrong order. I saw them do the same thing to another young woman too. They’re awful and I won’t be going back. Recommend others don’t as well. They seem like group think hireees and bullies. View menu

I had walked by Joe The Juice several times before but had never stopped in. On a lazy Sunday near Carnaby Street, I happened to see that they were open and decided to pop in for a drink while waiting for a friend. The staff was incredibly welcoming and understanding as I took my time deciding on what to order from the menu board. After much deliberation, I settled on the Iron Man juice, made with strawberry, kiwi, and apple. The service was quick and friendly, and the juice itself was the perfect refreshing boost!

So I stopped by your London store twice. Both times, my husband and I ordered the SAME exact smoothie in large size, yesterday and today, and the first smoothie was delicious and the second one didn 't taste anything like that. Plus the second one was put in a SMALL cup but filled to the brim and told It 's the same exact measure as the large cup! I can tell when the same recipe has not been applied and the ingredients are different. This new smoothie is DISGUSTING. How can the staff not know how to MIX INGREDIENTS? Are those kids really that inexperienced? Not going back.

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
