"On my birthday, my husband took me to Kan ichi. Ben I was not disappointed typical dishes, ultra fresh products. We were installed at the chef's table, you can admire the dexterity of the chef or the art of sublimating food with a little salt and perfect cooking. The cold miso soup with black sesame was a revelation. It was delicious! They managed to reconcile me with Japanese desserts. The mochi has the purée of red beans and this ice with black sesame! Fantastic! The chief and his wife are very attentive and take the time to explain each dish. Not much room so think to book especially if you want to be placed at the chef's table. I highly recommend and think about having a taste of the mid-cook of tuna that made me look at the next table"

We had a very good time in Kan Ichi. It was the second time we came and it's always as good. Genuine Japanese cuisine with quality products and flavors that we don't usually eat.
