"Unfortunately, I have to negatively evaluate the KFC if it could be so delicious, ABER: I have observed several times how the cashier in the restaurant or on the drive accepts the order, cash out and then goes into the kitchen with unwashed hands without gloves to prepare the products there. The cash register workers are also responsible for cleaning the toilet and other things. It can't be that someone who works at the checkout and has dirty hands just go to the kitchen and dirty the food there. I've been hanging the management twice on this abuse, nothing has changed. At KFC in Wickrath there is still the risk of food poisoning."

Well this is the slowest service I ever experienced in a KFC shop. Not many people in line like in front of me but I stayed minutes in line before being helped. Of course the chicken was good. But really they should do...something about the waiting in line
