"I love kfc and this was the most terrible experience I’ve had so far! There were 5 people “working” and our order (wings and bites under 10€ took over 25 minutes. After asking they kept repeating “2 minutes” and offered no apologies. Everybody was checking their phone overall bad customer service, the manager should pay a visit more often. 2 stars cause we did get our food in the end"
