"never disappointed, but someone must like it because it's always busy. it is difficult to get a comfortable seat, because always on ridiculously high hockey cores that are not big for small adult, impossible for children. spend all my time with the plastic seat with my bauch, so I feel at the end as if I had made a training at the end. there is not much space between these tables either, so they better not expect any private sphere from their neighbours. elbow jousting is not always optional. eating is mediocre, it always seems too fat. I'm not a big fan of fat from my forearms after a burger drool in me. another place, on the...more"

Ketchup is a fantastic restaurant with a great atmosphere, but the food was only average. They claim to use Aberdeen Angus beef, but I have my doubts.

Great variety of burgers. Good quality very meaty. Don't bother ordering the chips, you don't get many the burger is very filling. Delicious milkshakes served on old fashioned glass milkbottles.

this place has a lot of choice for burgers and shakes. they will not be disappointed by the available options, but I think it is very too expensive. the hotel is located in ashton lane, the location and the ambiente is quite good. View menu

I was disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. The food was average and overpriced, and the service was very poor- we received the wrong drink, wrong food, and the wrong bill. There are better dining options in the west end.

YUM!. What a great menu for when not just any old burger will do! Great food and good for kids too. Although found that for younger children the kids portions are enormous, it did mean I was obliged to help her finish the chips.... Will definitely be back.

Burger Kings. Didnt expect much but was pleasantly surprised. I had the mexican bean burger with fries and onion rings and it was very good. Everyone around us seemed to be drinking milkshakes wish Id tried one now, but went for a Knickerbocker Glory enough to share between two. View menu

I love how glass-gow American almost food brings to the next stage. great connection here with many delicious options. the prices are very reasonable. friends and I went for the special of the paddy and we were not abandoned. guinness burger and mint-chocochip milkshake. ambiente is relaxed and family-friendly. the personal is fast and polite. all about a great experience!

Although it's on the pricier side, the burger at this restaurant is decent. My experience was a bit of a mixed bag - I really enjoyed my burger, but for the price I paid, it was to be expected. The restaurant is well-located on Ashton Lane and has a nice decor. If you happen to walk by when they're grilling outside, it's practically impossible to resist getting a burger. I couldn't resist and had to stop to get one myself.

"We went here on 3 September. If my review was only about the food, I 'd give five stars, as it was excellent value for money at £25 for five small courses on the 'total trust ' menu. It 's certainly worth that price and more. My only criticism concerning the food was the lack of variety. I know the whole point is to put 'total trust ' in the chef, but three fish courses was a little excessive. This didn 't bother me as I love fish, but my mum, who I was dining with, was a little disappointed. The service had a lot of glitches. We really couldn 't understand the man who was serving us, but that 's nobody 's fault, of course, and we would never be critical just for that, but there were other problems. I got given the wrong wine to start, but it was perfectly pleasant, so I didn 't say anything, thinking that it was just a one off error. We then ordered bread and butter when he came over to the table it never came for 20 minutes, during which time other people had ordered the same thing with other waiters after us and got it. He clearly hadn 't put the order in and we had to chase it up. I was asked if I wanted 'cheese or dessert for my final course ' and I picked cheese he had to come over and tell me that it wasn 't available on the menu and that he made a mistake, which is fine, but it was then made clear that I would have gotten both and that the cheese was just an additional course, which wasn 't made clear originally. I also ordered a double espresso to finish my meal, but when it came it was a single. I mentioned this to another woman passing who rectified the situation. My mum thought she overhead the waiter saying 'he said a single, not a double ', but I can verify this, however I can say that I definitely didn 't say that. The man who made all the mistakes said that the espresso was on the house, but, somewhat predictably at this point, it was added to our bill. We enjoyed the aspect of guessing what ingredients were in each dish and being told by the waiter how much of it we got right or wrong. The waiter said we got everything right on one of the courses but then also said the table next to us got everything right on the same course, despite having two different answers. It seems a shame to come up with an interactive and novel concept only to have one waiter who appeared not bothered enough to actually look at our answers properly. We might go back as the other waiting staff seemed excellent and the food was very good, but we 'll not be in any rush..."
