"I want to make it clear that this is the smaller KFC at the food hall near the asiabox noodle bar. I will actually give the food a 4 only because it was hot and fresh. I am not from Germany but you know when your at this location you are not welcome. One of the servers knew I was not German and he spoke in English although you knew he did not want to. The other server understood everything I was saying but only replied in German . Very rude and unprofessional indeed and very ignorant."

I have voucher valid to all KFC restaurants in Germany. Unfortunately staff members says “Not by me”. 2 stars because they have been quick. French fries freshly prepared. Pepsi not tasty opportunity to clean.

the best burger of my life. they can buy better in the frozen section of aldi. they somehow forgot our order and when my friend had asked for it, they had to revive it. oh and the soda was closer to 200 ml than the promised 300ml. 1 star for decent riders

I asked for a delivery at 1:00 p.m., arrived at 3:30 p.m., he threw me a bag and left. When checking the food IT IS NOT WHAT I ORDER! the worst of the worst are you without a doubt. They do not understand the concept of fast food and they work poorly but do they still receive a salary? hopefully close kfc! View menu

Disgusting place. 3 hours waiting on a delivery and it has still not arrived. I'm not sure if it will. Phone and no answer. I'm guessing the only viable way to visit this place is in person, because delivery wise, it should not offer the service as they are incapable of delivering. A waste of time and money.

KFC should be ashamed of themselves . The fries are not the official ones advertised The chicken bites I ordered were chunks of inedible chicken . Not tender and poor quality . I wasted 10 euros. Service was fine and the team are trying to do the best (I visited in a Sunday 31st July) but the food quality embarrassing poor What the hell are you doing KFC ! You should be ashamed AVOID this place for food
