Kilkenny Irish Pub - Menu

Was looking for a place to watch the last stage of Tour de France and have a beer. We asked a very nice bartender and he put on tdf on an extra flatscreen TV just for us.

We spent nights in the pub at some point of the evening either watching football or eating. All the staff were friendly and spoke very good English. Great place for watching football.

The Irish stew was like dishwater, the potatoes and carrots were still tough. Nothing like Irish Stew. Guiness wasn’t the worst, but certainly not great. Only giving one star as the service wasn’t too bad. Tourist trap, totally avoid View menu

We went last night for food and drinks, we had a carafe of Rose wine which was so nice , and I had a cheeseburger which I have to say is the nicest I’ve ever tasted, it was so good, the staff where excellent so...friendly and attentive, great pub

I mean really, where do I start... Guinness was not Guinness for sure, The Jagerbombs were watered, the staff refused to serve us a third round of bombs even though we had cash dollars. I met a lovey girl from home (Cork) there who...I hope reads this and remembers the tears we shared when Limerick won are tears I will cherish forever, you know who you are. All in all, a good Irish pub. Will be back.

Came here on a busy Saturday night for a beer or two after a day exploring Berlin. I was on my own but felt very welcomed, there was a great atmosphere with some good live music and seemingly lots of tourists. A nice selection of...drinks, both Irish and German beers on offer. Sport and entertainment shows on the TVs. Bar staff were very friendly and efficient. Pretty much what you would expect from a homely Irish pub View menu

I was recently in Berlin for a couple of night Solo stay. I wanted to watch the Friday night Bundesliga games and remembered this place from a visit several years ago. The pub is under the Platform at the Hackescher Markt S Bahn station in...central Berlin, which worked for me as I was staying near the HBF which is just two stops away. The staff were friendly and there was a reasonable choice of beers. The pub was pretty steady early evening but got very busy around which was around the time the live entertainment started. We were in Berlin the time the Mayo-Roscommon All Ireland football quarter final was on. We searched up Irish bars to watch the GAA in as we are big Mayo followers and this place had it advertised. When we got there the match was on a **** stream that paused and cut off every 2 minutes and to cap it all off, it completely cut off before the end so we missed the most exciting moments. (match had to go to a replay).The food we had there during it was lovely and the staff very good, but we came for the GAA and left highly disappointed so I am just writing this view to make a point that ye should not advertise that ye have the GAA live if ye have to stream it on a dodgy website!! As my twin brother Stephen and I always stay in the Park Inn Radisson Blu Hotel Alexanderplatz this pub is not to far away and on any trip to this most vibrant city we always pay it a visit.This pub is located under the Sbahn spans In Hackescher Markt ,to be honest it doesn't look that appealing but bare with it as the interior of this pub is awesome ,it's an all dark wood interior with all the Irish bric a brac you would expect find in an Irish Pub,it's a multi roomed pub with plenty of seating options spread throughout this superb pub and the outside drinking area is perfect when the weather is sunny.
