Helpful opening a side door for my wife electric wheelchair, ordered cheese chutney sandwich, cheese was processed slices, not what I expected for charge made. View menu

Sadly my wife's orthopaedic pillow was accidentally left. When phoned to ask if it could be posted (we would pay) told no post office and wife would just have to buy a new one. Plus empty dog food can under bed, so sloppy housekeeping. Breakfast OK but overall cannot recommend. Find somewhere else to stay.

Apart from the bedroom door a bit short, and the floor was a tad quiet, this was a very nice hotel in a really old fashion building. it's beautiful. the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. the manager were also fantastic. very friendly and accommodating. the breakfast in the morning was very good, the selection and even more fantastic when they consider it included in the price of the room. I'd like to go back.

Booked to stay overnight on Air BnB. Easy enough. On arrival, they had no booking and so we had to wait for 30mins whilst they sorted it out with Air BnB. Room was lovely. The manager asked if we wanted breakfast We went and ate somewhere else and went to sleep to be woken up at 1am by the fire alarm. 45 minutes of waiting outside and the fire brigade managed to make it safe so a perfect night’s sleep. The room was £47 which was good value, so overall okay an experience!!! View menu
