"You don't go to koba for a refined Japanese cuisine, or for a romantic Japanese experience. You're going for m. koba. You go there for its harsh and efficient service. for his generosity and kindness. to be the perfect mix of both cultures: French and Japanese. koba is the place where izakaya meets the French canteen. but don't worry, only Japanese food is served, no cooking mixing bazaar from the fantasy world. We stayed in opera with the family, near m. koba, on the 1st day for a quick meal and came back every day. m. koba loves children. the place fits perfectly with large tables. its sushi may seem imperfect but they are fresh and tasty. Maybe his cut is not accurate, but his plates are full. I can't wait to go back to my next bet stop. Thank you koba san."

Good sushi in the toilet - who would have ever thought _?We were a group of 8 and they stuck us in a tucked away corner of the restaurant that must have

I used to go to the gym across the street, so I've eaten at Koba many times over the past few years, and when i last ate there in May 2010 I still recalled

super sushi for the price, and karaoke after was super fun. I think they've changed their prices since, but at 5 € per person for your own karaoke room, it's unbeatable! View menu

If you want to eat real fresh fish, go ahead, but the place is very simple and little dity! you understand, when a fist enters) as a compliment, m. koba brings sashimi of blue tuna! It was amazing!

It was correct, we had swamped pork in ginger, ginger was of quality and meat was good. all accompanied by rice and soup. the price was 11 eur, for me not enough quantity for the price at all. The owner and cook was such a nice guy and he gave us free sushi, but I think he should put a lot more meat and rice for the dish we had.

while purists could find the sashimis too big and lacking of perfect presentation, quality and taste are there and that's what I'm looking for. ask koba special offers or better yet, let him decide for you. Don't miss the toro when it's available, once he's made lotte liver sashimis (lotte) just for me. I go there every time I get the chance. ? View menu

koba is a real sushi bar as you will find in tokyo. the owner, m. koba, is a rather original character but a funny man. it is very welcoming and always has a nice word for customers. food portions are large and the presentation is not treated as in these horrible sushi chains. It's fresh and delicious. prices are a little expensive but worth it. If you agree, m. koba has a karaoke in the basement. I strongly recommend this place that is always occupied by Japanese tourists or expatriates - always a good sign.

m. koba is a phenomenal Japanese cook with paris. his natto has no equal to betting because it is freshly prepared in the region, and does not come from Japanese frozen shops to a few blocks. If you like the natto, it's your home. The quality of the eel is also wonderful - among the many good Japanese restaurants of the region, mr koba's is a must and one would believe in the japon: not pompous, joyous, super list of sushis and sashimis. At the bottom of the restaurant, there is a door overlooking a karaoke where Japanese customers gather.
