"I thought I had finally found a place that could offer me comfortable vegan alternatives, I could easily become a regular customer but unfortunately Kobo Vegan doesn 't care about customer loyalty. after a terrifying experience with the vegan and vegetarian aperitif, I decided to return for a sweet snack; in fact, I take a hot chocolate accompanied by three vegan biscuits... everything was perfect except that the biscuits dated back to the ice age and had a strong acidic flavour, literally inedible. I know the quality of Kobo 's pastry shop but in fact the problem would not be the quality of the pastry chef and the basic quality of the product, the problem is who manages the service and is capable of offering the customer products prepared days and days before on the verge of 'go to waste. At the checkout we politely pointed out the condition of the biscuits and after questioning our statements and replying in a grumpy way, at least they were taken off our bill. we left without having received an apology or even a goodbye, as if we had stolen... and after having tried kobo for both sweet and savory dishes and having been scammed for a total of 40 euros I can safely say that I will never set foot there again . @kobo if you want I 'll leave you the IBAN for a refund and I 'll remove the review, I 'm joking, people deserve to know and you deserve to fail. p.s. lazy, rude and arrogant waitresses."

Quite a large place that does everything, cafe, pastry shop, bakery, etc. We went for an aperitif. Good cocktails but the aperitif can be done better especially by making pizzas and focaccias at home. Excellent price but very small tables and a lot of noise in the room. Abbiamo preso dei dolci e un caffè. Molto interessante la possibilità di scelta di cibo vegano, non facile da trovare. Calorosa l'accoglienza che vi lascia il tempo di guardare senza assillarvi. Per la nostra esperienza, buona la pastiera pasquale, un po' meno la qualità del caffè, a nostro gusto troppo bruciato e purtroppo servito quasi freddo. They recommended this place to us as a godsend for an aperitif and they spoke very well about it, nothing to get excited about. booked because they told us it's always full, ok full but sitting down comes the drink 2 broken glasses we ask and one is changed the other forgotten, they said generous portions in short for 2 people few bowls caught cracked ugly to look at and to display, we call the dirty coffee spoons and we went to Andre to get the sugar because I forgot, in short it's okay, it's the low price but the service also leaves a little to be desired, little attention from customers and little care for the dishes, nice environment, too noisy, normal food, nothing exceptional
