Nice tradition Indian restaurant located on Oxford Street. Looks impressive from the outside and the inside and the food is wonderful. I have eaten here...

Really impressed with the quality of the food, was serving a limited menu but still plenty to choose from. Lamb korma was tender and creamy, portion sizes...

Restaurant ceiling of the kutis building collapsing and water leaking everywhere with buckets dotted around the restaurant. Water leaking all around electrics in the ceiling!! Seem amazing the authorities allow this restaurant be open

Service was appalling. Took over an hour to get starters and another hour before main course turned up. Food was ok at best. Poor quality mains and not sure the chef understood the menu. Used to be great but owners and staff don’t seem that bothered. Drinks too were overpriced and avoid the watered down cocktails

In this day and age, and after lots of bad press about restaurants, normally chains, about the staff not getting a share of the tips, Kuti's must have missed it. The food was pretty good, the staff were efficient, the setting, lovely. I always ask the staff in every restaurant i go to if they get the tips, i was dismayed to learn that in this restaurant they don't get anything. It is not a cheap restaurant, and it's been going for some time, so it must be profitable, SHARE THE TIPS WITH THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR YOU. View menu

The welcome was lovely with a free glass of Prosecco. We had a nice booth to sit in which was comfortable. Staff were, friendly, helpful and attentive. I did feel that the leaking hole in the roof was an eyesore and the lighting too bright, the DJs music didn’t seem to fit the environment (I really feel that there’s some brilliant Indian dance music that would have been fun) the dance area again needed to have more ambient lighting. The 2 drummers looked like they were really good but were playing alongside music which was way too loud and drowned them out they really should have done some without the music. The food was nice but their customer service is non-existent. We visited for my girl-friend’s birthday. The food was quite nice and I would have recommended going back again. However, their customer service after I telephoned the following day to make a complaint, and their complete lack of reply afterwards, despite phoning emailing several time, is shocking and leaves us feeling that they just don’t care about the customer experience. Perhaps it’s because my partner is black? I complained because before paying nearly £100 for the meal and drinks, we asked to take the leftovers home. We had really been looking forward to visiting Kutis for some time. As a Birthday treat we got a babysitter and planned a nice evening just the two of us. It all started very well, great service order taken very quickly and starters out in reasonable time the prawns were great, the monkfish was ok. We then waited 2 hours for our mains! Two hours between starters and mains. When 1.5 hours had passed we asked where they were and we were told to take the opportunity to have a conversation with eachother . Honestly how rude can you be!
