we have visited this restaurant for many years and have found without taking the quality and quantity of food in this amazing restaurant second to none. along with exceptional service and great ambiente, the overall experience is excellent.

I celebrated a special birthday here with friends and family. The owner was amazing; so helpful and he was very attentive to what we wanted. We were in the separate dining area, had dedicated staff and it was set up perfectly. The food as always...was first class. Nothing was to much trouble. This restaurant was recommended to me and I will (and indeed have) recommended it to others. All four in our party loved the delicious food. We had starters and mains then shared a dessert. I had been warned about the huge portions but asking for...leftovers to be packed up was a given. The staff were very attentive, efficient and friendly. I will definitely go again. My only small criticism is that we only had 2 menus between the four of us.

Haven't beeb for a while, then 2 Saturday's in a row. Still as good, the food and service on each visit amazing. First visit, my Mussel Starter and Fillet Steak Stroganoff with Rice for my main, so delicious. My second visit Prawns in chilli and...garlic sauce, followed by a main of Pork Belly in Piquant Tomato Sauce, once again amazing. Each visit my friends had Steaks and they said so good too. The staff so friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

Armed and ordered drinks had a chat with a beautiful coworker, went to our sitting and a few minutes later came the waitress and took our orders, great music and atmosphere, much room and convenient. Eat came and it was nice presented that. food was all hot and tasty, portions were great, but the quality was amazing. ordered gloomy and so glad that we were beautiful, had a nice whisky to hide the food, absolutely every penny worth. the employees are all beautiful and we will be absolutely back. The restaurant took a £45 deposit! Then on the evening of our meal we paid the bill in full and the restaurant will now not refund the £45 deposit! The restaurant owner says it’s our mistake even though half way through us paying I asked...the waitress what is still outstanding! I am appalled and disgusted with this response from the restaurant and even though local I will not be going again in principal and will be asking my friends and relatives to boycott! A single parent ended up shelling out £74 for a plate of pasta and a couple of glasses of wine !

A terrific family run restaurant with staff who go above and beyond the call of duty. Nothing was too much trouble , they did everything possible to accommodate our desires. The chef was brilliant as were his cooks and the serving staff were also equally...good. Met the owner who was a delight to chat with. The establishment is very smart and clean. The food was extremely tasty and the portions were very generous. The wine was high quality. This restaurant has to be the best value for money we have experienced! We will be back the very next time we are in this area. It is deserving of the highest accolades!

4 of us went on the early Sunday evening and was immediately greeted by a beautiful employee. she asked if we wanted to have a drink first or if we wanted to sit down what we decided. to let sit. we ordered drinks immediately. for beginners we ordered hot spicy garlic puzzles that were amazing, and a tomato/fruit pizza (our favorite starter) for the net we ordered a chicken-prosciutto pasta dishes that was delicious and 3 runp steaks with real boiled chips (fab) with pfefferminz and red wine sauce. we were astonished, how tender were the steaks, which were cooked at place and place.
