My husband and I fell on this restaurant during our stay in epernay. We didn't book and had a lot of luck having the last table. We went to the bank for the second time this year. the first time we went there, we also ate there, which we saved this time after it was not terrible, slightly below the average the first time. We visited the bank to have a drink at the end of the evening. There wasn't much going on, the bartender was slightly annoyed, we didn't feel welcome, he seemed apathetic all around. It's a shame, because the bank is a very nice champagne bar and well furnished. the toilets, located in the old cellar, are particularly beautiful. We won't visit the bank anymore.

the restaurant is located in the old building of the france bank on the place of the republic. the interior of the building alone is worth a visit. The place is huge. in good weather ask the terrace. but the one is adjacent to another restaurant. The combination can be noisy. The dishes are conventional. Service is good. but the list of champagne in all formats is impressive. more than 35 different champagnes available in glass. an excellent address. there is also a variation of three champagnes for 21 euros per person.
