"Truly a memorable lunch, quite by accident we found ourselves guided there by none other than a fast station attendant in Cassa de la Selva. We pulled in to fill up and we were so smitten with the luxury of having someone actually serving us, we got talking to this young man, Paul, we said we were looking for the best Paella around, did he have any recommendations? He did, he told us about La Barca in Bescano, he apparently had worked there and knew the family. We drove over there, and although early on Sunday it was already getting full. We asked the Lady proprietor and she didn’t think there was much chance of a table, so as we had taken a photo, we pulled out the photo at the gas station, she laughed and found us a table, but we were told we could only have for 2 hours........never mind..Indeed, it was a superb Paella and clearly it was a popular place to be, it was packed to the rafters, with people queueing to come in as we left, very satisfied with one of the best Paella’s I have tasted, the service was so elegant, you could see why it was so well-loved. Don’t even think twice about this going to this restaurant, just make sure you book, the table by the window overlooking the water seem the best, but honestly, we only had eyes for the food and each other, of course)!"

Lugar bien situado, que ofrece tranquilidad por las vistas y buen parking. La calidad de la comida excelente, y en relación con el precio de esta, mejor todavía. El menú es muy completo. Con los entrantes ya te quedas lleno, y destaco los caracoles, que estaban especialmente buenos. El arroz buenísimo también. Un sitio para volver y repetir, que recomendaré seguro.
