"Ampio ed accogliente Tempio del Cibo che offre tavoli all'aperto, al chiuso ed anche in una corte interna munita di una copertura mobile apribile all'occorrenza. Offre anche primi e secondi piatti, sia tradizionali che sardi, ma il pezzo forte sono le pizze gourmet: ben tipi di farciture (le ho contate davvero tutte da scoprire, su impasti che vanno dal classico al nero di seppia, passando per il kamut ed i cereali. Eppoi tipi di aggiunte (mi son messo a contare anche queste.. per una personalizzazione che non avevo mai trovato prima, tra cui bottarga, uova di lompo e ricci. Prezzi che vanno dai di una Marinara ed i di una Margherita fino ad arrivare ai di una gourmet. Quelle che ho assaggiato (Bufala e Maialetto) si sono rivelate molto buone e davvero ben fatte. Un errore non entrarci almeno una volta. Ma non è tutto, perché al piano superiore si trova anche un American Diner in stile anni Insomma, è proprio il caso di dirlo, da Scattu ce n'è davvero per tutti i gusti. Complimenti."

"Very relaxed establishment on the residential edge of Porto Frailis. All very functional and unfussy, and its furniture and decor reflects that. It's actually positioned slightly at sub-street level; no windows, simply canvas flaps similar to those seen on the side of an army vehicle. Access is not entirely clear; it's off the street and round the side. Quality home-made bread arrived whilst we studied the quite varied QR coded menu. I'd already done my research via the pictorial version on the restaurant website so looked forward to steak medallions in a rich sweet cannonau sauce, with some grilled veg on the side. Not disappointed; done to perfection and enjoyed hugely. Mrs EPR selected a penne arrabiata and there were no complaints about the portion size. Probably a bit too al dente for her particular taste, but that's just a personal thing. However, when she asked for some parmesan cheese, she wasn't very impressed to get a fistful of appropriate sachets. For dessert, I tried my first sebadas; mini cheese-pies covered in honey so very sweet and sticky. Mrs EPR had the semi-freddo amaretto; basically, an ice cream but not an ice cream. The wine list here was a lot more reasonable than most other local places so no problem in finding a decent Sardinian red to complement the meal. Not surprisingly, the staff were all laid-back and very friendly. A place that's well worth seeking out."

"The chef at the pizza oven was above and beyond. He spoke German, Englisch and Italian and explained in detail how my pizzas were made and what was special about them. I accidentally ordered 2 pizzas without the tomato sauce and I thought this won't end well but he guaranteed me I made the right choice. Both pizzas were delicious and definitely a first with no red sauce on it. The price is unbeatable straight up, unbeatable! I only went there for take-away but I am very happy I made the stop at this Restaurant. I would recommend to dine-in as well. Just by walkin thru the garden I saw multiple tables enjoying their meals and the staff looked professional and very polite. If you are in the area make a stop there. You won't regret it! "Scrivo la recensione con qualche mese di ritardo rispetto alla visita, ma ho ben chiaro il ricordo dell’esperienza vissuta. Consigliato da un amico, non posso fare altro che consigliare a mia volta la visita di questo bel locale. Location curata, in una zona tranquilla di Arbatax. Locale accogliente e che fa subito capire che c’è un livello di professionalità notevole. Bell’impatto sia col servizio che con la cucina, tutto di ottima qualità. La mia fissa sono i vini e il beverage in generale… quindi consiglierei di osare un po’ di più e spingere sull’acceleratore per quanto riguarda questo aspetto. Comunque una carta vini costruita abbastanza bene. A un passo dal massimo punteggio!"
