"This after reviewing reviews on TripAdvisor and not disappointed. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, slow because busy, but quality of food does not suffer and teenage son said this gave us more time to enjoy the trip! Starters of oysters, salmon gravadlax and fois grass... were all delicious, main of paella, duck, sardines, steak and vegetarian also very good, and desserts of profiteroles and tarte aux pomme rounded off the meal nicely. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and suggest the booking as it was full at about 8 a.m."

Lovely food and presentation suburb. Amazing fish dishes and do try the medley of desserts, out of this world.

Excellend restaurant. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. The cod and paella were suberb. We will be returning.

If you love fish you must eat here. It's very popular so make sure to book in advance though. Even the children's menu is a step above the rest

Love this place. Great food and wine. Service a little slow and took order out of turn but everything arrived quickly. Great seats outside to people watch in this fab little village. Suggest book as quite popular - closed Wednesday's!

We had lovely food, and lovely service. The staff were very family friendly, and the kids enjoyed it as much as us, and the fish was delicious and fresh. It was just a great place all round. Probably book though - we went on Sunday night, and they were turning people away!

We had a great meal from the special menu. Lovely friendly service throughout. Couldn't quite believe that we turned up without a reservation and got in - it was a Monday evening however. The Madame that runs the place is quite a character. We came here a year ago. Just as good this time.

Here twice for a stay in Beg Meil.... Tuna a la plancha is just delicious and don't let me start in the deserts! Don't be afraid of the daily menu at lunch. Make sure you have a...seven as it is very popular among visitors and locals alike. We will surely go hotfoot to these restaurants when we return to Beg Meil!!

My daughter spotted this place earlier in the day, and after a failed attempt at a snooty place at Cap Coz we came here as a party of 4 adults and two toddlers instead. So glad we did as it was fab. The staff were so accomodating and couldn't do enough for us. The food and wine were lovely as was the ambience. Will definitely return if we're round these parts again..

I've been here twice in July. Two times started with a creamy Cassoulet... perfect for me. Two times I had the same dessert... pieces of Pavlova, ice cream, summer fuits with cream. Delicious, refreshing and a little extravagant. The most important courses for me were fresh fish with simple vegetables... very good. My advice... keep booking. The customer receives good value for a good meal.

"We wanted a nice place to stay for our last night in France. Somewhere with a good restaurant and a room with a view, within hours of Roscoff. We found the hotel and restaurant Belle Vue which appeared to tick all the boxes. The...website lists a number of different types of rooms and the double with bath had a lovely picture of a double room with large windows and a sea view so we booked it. On arrival we found we had not booked that room at all but a bland double room overlooking the car park and a roof. I was obviously not the first, as the lady on reception said it had happened before when booking via the website and we ought to phone to secure the room we want! We also chose this hotel due to its ‘restaurant’ and good reviews on trip advisor but unfortunately this wasn’t up to the mark either. It is more like a hotel dining room than a restaurant which would be fine except for the amount they are charging. We did have a table with a sea view which was appreciated. We ordered a bottle of wine but were not invited to try it. We ordered starters and mains from the a la carte menu but not desserts (standard restaurant practice) but were informed that if we ordered desserts later we would have to wait for them. We were delivered butter but had to ask for bread. The food was OK but nothing amazing. Overall during our time in France, we had better meals and stayed at better hotels for better value, so will not be returning"
