"Un réel plaisir d’avoir été servi par Mathilde qui est vraiment très agréable avec les clients ! Cela se fait rare de tomber sur une serveuse aussi sympathique ! En ce qui concerne le repas … nous avons pris des tartares qui étaient excellent ! Petit bémol pour la salade au chèvre ! Toast pas bon froid et manque de contenu contrairement à la salade contenant de la burata qui est très bonne"

The welcome is not too bad, the burger is good. but paying a cts sauce supplement without telling me that was paying and paying a glass pepsi stopped taking people for cons.

pas de climatisation, donc le 30 juillet c'était très inconfortable on va dire moyen, on sent pas une ambiance de ouf mais mon plat de viande était très bon nous étions à 4 et la viande était bonne pour nous tous mais

Quite mixed the frame is good the nice servers except that the Carpaccio at will is served with 20 minutes between each plate this component, barely 70 g of meat the first I recognize was much more garnished but that is what discourage people who take the road but it is well seen this good war damage small grain of sand

"booked a few months ago for a big final of our latest European tour at the proven and trusted "toque blanche" in chauny. mentioned to discover that it was overtaken in august and renamed as l 'inattendu. the first signs were good. we got free. selection of a series of beautifully renovated rooms. the one we chose was nicely well equipped with a beautiful bathroom lacking only in hooks for hanging things and a delicious and very comfortable bed. room service coffees were delivered immediately. then the dinge started to go wrong. the free wlan consisted of a 19-digit code that does not connect after the attempt, many and several connections to anything. we have nowhere to help. When we wanted to eat, we asked for 7.00 and were told that we could not eat a big thing at 8.00. but when we went down to eat, it was clear that a great gourmet experience like the old toque blanche would not happen. space settings were on paper mats. in the eating zone were shown on two large screen TVs sport. we have a cocktail menu. when we have offered ourselves for mojitos (3 types in the offer, the ingredients were not offered to us. we chose a bottle of wine (which was good! the new menu is more gastropub style on plastic. looks good, but the beginning carole did not want to be available. also dessert that I have tied. Now it was eating when it came, actually quite good. very much top rate for a gastropub type experience. the server were very sweet and wanted to do it well, but it was seriously lacking experience and proper monitoring. such a disappointment when we had hoped for a very special one at night. we were asked when we wanted breakfast. the card in the room said it was available from 7.30 after a train we asked 8.00 we were told 8.30 was the earliest. later caught carole with madame and asked if we could bring it to 8.00 madame, said no problem. at 8.00 o'clock the next morning we went down to find nothing ready and no one up. at the end of 8:15 we knocked on her door and they stood up. there was no food ready and monsieur had to leave and pick up brot and croissants. at the end was the breakfast well plentiful, but hastened. and late! a little French fawlty towers really. when we paid, we explained everything politely to madame, who agreed to grant a generous discount. apparently learned lessons. it was such a scandal because all the things are there for a great stay. but it really must be taken in hand and in our case our special night stay was very pampered."
