Entrance: medium cutlery tray without artifice with a rillettes of Le Mans instead of Tours, the delicious melting meat but the zero-pointed sauce pointed the great chef can not do it, the cheeses, rather say the cheese because there is only one, unacceptable for such a famous restaurant and for an excessive price.
