What a great discovery that this restaurant that does not pay a mine from outside. Welcome. exterior decoration more than summary and less practical (map on slate even laid the floor) but the interior is well maintained, lack of air conditioning for heavy heat days. A lucky find near the port, we had a great family meal at La Cabane. Even though the city was very busy with a music festival we were welcomed into the restaurant. The staff didn't speak English so we butchered our way through the meal with our school French skills. The decor is nautical and a little rustic, creating the right atmosphere for a waterside location. The staff were friendly and attentive without being over bearing. Families were very welcome with several local families enjoying their meals. The house Red was very good and they stock the local Beer Ch'ti.
