"10 and praise! lovely place, furnished with goto and respect for the rusticity of the structure. excellent raw materials and produced locally. we tasted their brut prosecco, really very good! cutter for appetizer, complete with pork (commotive), cooked ham and buffalo mozzarelline of the buffalo that we have seen grazing free in the estate. excellent raw burger, enriched with olive oil produced on site. courteous staff and prepared. Try cheesecake, you won't regret it!"

"We were so glad that we booked. We had walked past late afternoon and took the opportunity to book then. The time we were given suited us but was early by Italian standards. We were shown that we would be on a big table sharing with other couples during our first visit. It was a bit earlier than we would have chosen but it did work out to be ideal as the meal was not rushed and they take bookings not to overload the kitchen. It was the first time I had beef cheek and with foamed potato, it was delicious. Highly recommended! For those not fully familiar with culinary Italian, a dictionary would be an asset and booking is essential if you wish to eat mid evening. We noted that 10 potential diners were turned away while we were in the restaurant!"

"Ero già stato altre volte, in passato, a pranzo in questo ristorante durante i miei viaggi di lavoro a Conegliano, locale senza pretese per gente di bocca buona, ma comunque ideale per una rapida pausa pranzo grazie alla sua posizione, comoda e con ampio parcheggio, proprio sulla circonvallazione di Conegliano. Purtroppo l 'esperienza di qualche giorno fa al Sanshi è stata ben diversa da quelle che ricordavo, e purtroppo anche la mia peggior esperienza in assoluto in tema di sushi, e di ristoranti di sushi, di tutti i livelli qualitativi (e di prezzo), ne visito una trentina ogni anno. Sono ben conscio che in un All You Can Eat come questo non puoi pretendere di avere la qualità di un ristorante stellato e neppure quella degli altri analoghi ristoranti di sushi di Conegliano, ma almeno mi sarei aspettato di veder rispettato uno standard minimo di decenza qualitativa. Già al mio arrivo poco dopo le 13 ho visto che nel ristorante vi era un solo tavolo occupato, mentre in precedenza quando ci ero stato, sempre nelle pause pranzo di giorni feriali, lo ricordavo quasi sempre al completo, e questo avrebbe dovuto farmi già sospettare che qualcosa non andava. Per iniziare ordino una selezione di nigiri, ma quando arrivano mi accorgo che il riso è praticamente crudo, tanto che si sente il croccante dei chicchi sotto i denti, e senza alcuna consistenza, e infatti i nigiri si sfaldano appena sfiorati con le bacchette. Inoltre la quantità di pesce sopra il riso è praticamente inesistente, avendo uno spessore ben sotto il millimetro.. Faccio notare la cattiva tecnica di preparazione e la mia insoddisfazione per quanto mi era stato servito alla cameriera, la quale si guarda bene dal darmi una qualche giustificazione o spiegazione al riguardo. Termino a fatica i nigiri e per evitare altre sorprese con il riso scotto ordino tartare, sashini e altri piatti senza riso, Tra questi ho avuto la sventurata idea di ordinare anche un piatto di calamari fritti, talmente duri e gommosi da lasciarli tutti nel piatto da tanto che erano immangiabili. Anche qui faccio notare la cosa alla cameriera, invitandola ad assaggiarli per rendersi conto di quanto fossero immangiabili, ma nuovamente se ne va sempre senza fornire alcuna giustificazione alla contestazione che ho fatto. Presa in giro finale al momento di pagare il conto: il titolare chiede come è andato il pranzo, io ripeto le critiche ma lui mi risponde con un sorriso donandomi un biscottino della fortuna. Giudizio finale: da non ritornarci, a meno che non vi piaccia farvi prendere in giro. Diffidate dalle recensioni di chi non capisce nulla di cucina giapponese e cercate posti migliori, che in provincia di Treviso sicuramente non mancano (vedi Guida Sushi del Gambero Rosso)."
