"how can you describe excellence and perfection? I don't know if I can, I try. but if my words in summer doubt, forgive them, or misunderstand them, or I wrote wrong. This is an excellent place. eating here is a fairy tale, but not just for the dishes and the goto they send. please, for the local, for the fact that with my family I felt like at home if not better, well wanted, well recommended, well served, I could not imagine more. so, stay at the hotel back with my family for 4 days (among others also here, place that I recommend, beautiful, clean, served, complete, with a beautiful spa, fabulous rooms, breathtaking view. and decide not to waste time and book for all three nights dinner from them. the reservation is mandatory, they are so good that you do not find a free table, and it is just so seen what they offer. for three nights we try delicious dishes, always different wine every evening, and I have to say great wine, magnificent desserts. polenta is something delicious, we always recommend the wine to match because they are real professionals and can advise you excellently, they are ready and experts. waiting to see the dishes at the table is absolutely reasonable, all arrive together, despite we have always taken 4 different courses, and sweets of great variety and quality. can do their work, both in the kitchen and at the tables. special mention if you allow me to gabriele, very big landlord, kind, competent, was able to entertain the wait, recommend the wine, and always with the ready line. a place to recommend, absolutely! perfect service, superlative food. we were put in a room only x us, great x the baby. the tris of polenta, a dream. mention apart x the toilet, very clean and functional x change the baby. impeccable. really, to come back.

excellent lunch in company that reconciles the search for autochthonous dishes such as wild boar ribs, both the availability of vegetarian dishes such as vegetable soup. appreciate the advice of local wines to accompany the dishes. you can buy local wines and not only, in the internal boutique. osteria with bottle attached on the main road of cogne. already the entrance is a triple bottle of wine, genepia, grappa, liqueurs, gin and much more to make the eyes shine. the sevice is courteous and professional, the typical cuisine of the valley of Aosta but sought after and really gothic. in short, a super recommended place if you are in cogne. local on the main street tried by chance. by entering you pass through a selection of bottles very well assorted and sought after. Congratulations to the attention to the wine of the territory (suggested tried spectacular dining room well organized , very good food (note of merit to the tanning polenta , made me go back in the professional staff time and attentive to every detail. what to say about gabriele a real landlord with whom you can not but get in tune. I forgot if you don't know what to drink just let you advise and you will know about the recommended “closes”! I will return

A restaurant waiter in Cogne recommended us this place for good quality wine so we came here. Indeed an excellent wine shop. Being new in Aosta valley, we asked the shop person about local wine but we felt he was not so interested in our custom, not much motivation. May be he was shy or tired or having a headache?? (better put it this way..and the shop was not busy at that time, just us two and a local frequent customer)..... The customer noticed our interest in wine and volunteered to walk us through the different wine in the shop and good wine producers in Aosta . How good is that ! We come from the neighbouring wine making region, our family make wine and we love wine. See you guys next t...
