A slightly particular environment, not advisable for claustrophobics, but characteristic of Matera. We had a pizza dinner which I found to be honestly good and light. We went on Sunday evening, excellent pizza, the owner who looked after us was polite and professional. Clean and well looked after place. Heated correctly despite being inside a cave that goes into several floors. Light pizza, cooked well and with excellent taste. Only flaw. Be careful not to make a mistake when entering... Thank you! The food was superb, the staff even more so: during lunch there was a slight chill and the owner, kindly, took care to light a heater to keep us warm (without us asking anything).
