La Corte dell"Angelo

It is a great place to spend an evening / night. The environment is very italian. The owner of the restaurant is maintaining the environment by himself. You need to be prepared to dance. :-) Food is good, environment is good, everithing is great. Price is also fine. You need to give it a try.

Our first of two nights at this little gem. Rita and "Michaelangelo" are wonderful hosts. Make sure you are hungry and try a mixed selection of the starters, half pasta course and then full main. Really authentic food and wonderful ambiance. Very attentive and fun staff.We are back again tonight.....

This had a very nice ambience, the staff were very nice and the service was fast and efficient. The food was delicious (I had a pasta dish with beef and mushrooms) but I would have liked a little more of it and it was a little expensive for what it was. However, if you're staying at the Ibis it's a good choice.

I have just read a review for September and we are here in October. It could have been us writing the review but without the Oktoberfest comment. From the moment we stepped through the door to the moment we left ... After being encouraged to stay on for the dancing, we had a fabulous last night. From the outside, it doesn't look much but the welcome, service, ambience and food were all top notch.

Lovely food! The menu was translated into English although the extensive specials board on the wall was in German and the staff did not speak very good English. Unfortunately the service was a little slow but the restaurant was full and it was a Saturday night. We had pizza, pasta, 2 soft drinks, glass of prosecco and 2 desserts and it came to nearly €40.Overall good food and a pleasant restaurant.

Took some friends to this restaurant last night (going again tonight). I always visit when I visit München. If anything the atmosphere and food is getting even better than my last visit which was amazing. My friends insisted that we go back tonight, as they won't be here Friday. They speak German and Italian here with a little English, but they bend over backwards to help despite any language problems. My favourite place to eat in München.

Angelo is your host, your waiter, your expediter for food from the kitchen if you're in a hurry (not recommended because it takes time to absorb and appreciate the atmosphere of a real family-style Italian trattoria. Germans, Italians and international guests all seem to have a good time eating excellent food. Great for families with children. Wines are very good but a bit pricey. Grapple after the meal is on Angelo. I may see you there sometime because I'm definitely going back.

A friend and I were staying at the Leonardo Hotel & Residence nearby and searched for local restaurants online. We found this restaurant and decided to try it. It's amazing!! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and introduced to the owner. They had many reserved tables (you can tell it's a local favorite) but we were seated right away. The menu included both the paper copy and the options listed on the board (not found online.) The food is amazing. This place is rated as $$$ but I would say it was very reasonable priced: pasta dishes were around €10-€12. We came here for convenience as it was close to our hotel, looking for some italian food. When entering one waiter ignored us until another eventually offered us an already reserved table. After awhile more people came in and it became obvious they were friends or family of the owner, as he made a point in getting their orders very fast and socializing with them only. However our orders became slower and the server even ignored my partner a few times. When our dinner came his was a greasy pizza falling apart, mine however was an nice pasta. We then had to wait again a long time to be paid any attention with regards to ordering a dessert. When the dessert came it was the wrong one. The total...
