We have lunch very well, the staff listens to you, in small care. The place is hot, clean, a mood music. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast there are very varied and fresh products.

We stayed at the Hyatt and went to the bar and diner several times during our stay. The wait staff were extremely attentive and helpful, especially Diego and Theo. The food and wine were excellent.

This place probably concerns hotel guests. The chips have original names. Trufe or bcbg if you feel concerned... Many local products, a good point. Salads, sandwiches, fruits, cookies, drinks etc... all for little hunger. And even a small microwave has the customer's disposition. View menu

For breakfast daily, we enjoyed freshly prepared omelette personally prepared by the Chef. Croissants were fluff and excellent. Coffee was aromatic. for lunch, we had top quality seafood and roast beef buffet with yummy desserts. we loved the grilled fresh lobster and fish capaccio as they were perfectly presented. the roast beef was of top cut. Mayo restaurant also offered excellent selection of dessert and fruits. highly recommend.

Very good brunch in the category of brunch between 40-50eur. I'm glad the restaurant is reopened. The most: the products are fresh and of quality, the brunch includes drinks, a grilled part served at the table, the salmon ceviche really delicious and seasoned perfectly, oysters and delicious bulots, caramelizing hazelnut machines, very pro and friendly waiters and cooks To be improved: a shame to have little choice in grilled dishes I expected more of a buffet style choice on a sunny terrace, the waiter didn't come to present the grill at our table so we only taste the beef, our table was located just at the entrance of the restaurant that is not the best table to enjoy the meal

Small family brunch at the Mayo Restaurant located inside the Hyatt Regency wearing a paris jersey, there is access to the palace at the congresses directly by the main entrance of the hotel. There are two bedrooms, one for hot dishes and one for colds. So you have to go back between the rooms depending on where you are. hot dishes are excellent dorade, pintade and the possibility to have eggs to choose from. My choice was on a sausage omelette, a pesto, tomatoes and confit onions. fruit juice is 100% natural and there is a seafood area. Just checked in at the Hyatt after a long day of travel and decided to grab a meal at Mayo. I ordered the steak and my wife ordered the scallops. Sides were the potato crisps, wild mushrooms and salad. To be honest, we weren’t expecting much since we were mainly looking for convenience. To our surprise everything was tasty and delicious including the pineapple and coconut entremet dessert. In the interest of full disclosure, the scallops were not cooked enough but our waitress Katerina gladly took them back to be cooked a little more and solved the problem. The Mayo restaurant within the Hyatt Regency Etoile is a culinary treat. Your experience begins with the hosts who greet you with a welcome (Bonjour) and a smile. We especially like the open air, clean fresh environment. The table set up is generous providing plenty of space to navigate to and from your seat to the food bars. There are fresh fruits, veggies and juices for starters. With plenty of baked goods and pastries to accompany your choice of hot coffees and teas. We did not Stay at the Hyatt for the Christmas week but decided to eat across the street at the Hyatt for lunch on Christmas Day 2021 at the Mayo restaurant. The limited menu was pretty good. We asked restaurant host about coming to the Sunday Breakfast Bruch the next day and was told there would be NO problem. Sunday morning, we arrived at 10:30am and tried to take part in the brunch and were turned away by the dining room manager.
