We have visited Dinan many times and not been able to get into the Le Fleur de Sel.This time we were lucky. However we did not expect to wait 25 mins to even be given the menu or asked if we would like an aperitif. This is so unusual, having finally ordered the food was excellent although the service was still slow.

the menu offers a little of everything. We opted for the 30-euro package that included an entrance, a dish and a dessert or cheese. They immediately served us an entrance to spend time and a sublime cold red turnip soup. The dishes were good, generous and well presented.
