Great food, great service, great atmosphere and lovely staff. We had real good fun chatting with our waiter. Cheaper than expected was a real bonus

What a fantastic find in a lovely part of London!! The service was excellent and the food was amazing!! Highly recommend a visit if you are staying near Farringdon.

My friend and I stopped by this restaurant for a quick snack lunch before heading to the theatre. The service was friendly and efficient. They offer a variety of options including paninis, pasta, and cooked breakfast items. It's the perfect place for a quick pit stop.

First time in here, though I pass by regularly on my way to my appointments at St Bartholomew's Hospital. Fortunately today I managed to find a table in the fresh air in the sitting area outside. Food is very delicious like home made Italian) Service is excellent Will definitely visit again to try the rest of the menu

had a day up in the big smoke and after a walk around Smithfield Market we dropped in here for a quick lunch. I chose a sausage and past dish and the wife a lasagna. I would sum them up as 'quantity rather than quality '. Both tasted goo but could have been warmer to be honest. Service was quick and pleasant and it did the job. Reasonably priced.

FANTASTIC. Started our Saturday with a hearty breakfast at La Forchetta. You know you're onto a winner when the workies walk straight in, they will know. A big cup of coffee and generous servings, were brought to us by freindly, welcoming staff. Proper English breakfast, loads of toast and my brother-in-law got the breakfast with chips, and why not. Would definitely recommend it and hopefully will get to come back. Thank you La Forchetta

I ordered a sandwich, tea, and a donut but was charged prices that were not listed. When I inquired about the prices, I was informed that I was charged an after 4:00 pm rate, even though this information was not posted on the board or menu. I was advised to return and speak with the manager. The server was very loud, waved me away, and spent the majority of the time in the cafe loudly talking on the phone and picking dirt off her shoe outside without washing her hands. I would recommend avoiding this place.

I’ve been to La Forchetta on two occasions during lunch time. The first time, they tried to charge me £15 for a £6.50 lasagna. Luckily I asked for a receipt and saw the over payment. They gave me a cash refund for the difference. The second time, a colleague convinced me to go back (months later). Having learnt from my past experience, I looked at the total on the contactless payment machine before paying and saw that they tried to charge me £7 for the £6.50 lasagna. On both occasions, they weren’t ashamed nor apologetic but simply laughed and gave me silly excuses on why I was overcharged!!

We stayed at the Rookery across the street and decided to have breakfast at this restaurant. We had a great experience! The vibe was lively, the staff was friendly (and a bit loud, but it added to the atmosphere), and the food was quick and delicious. The lattes were excellent, the croissants were good, and the overall ambiance was cozy. It's always a pleasure to discover small cafes like this that make you feel at home. Despite reading negative reviews about service and prices, we did not encounter any issues. We enjoyed our experience so much that we returned the next morning and had another wonderful meal. Plus, on the first day, they even charged us less than expected. We really apprecia...
