"we were a group of four people who arrived on an admittedly busy Saturday night who visited the Christmas market in the old town area of Saarbruecken. we all ordered starters and three arrived. my fiancé has not arrived, so I decided to do the...good thing, and wait until they arrive before I started eating my as it was a cold starter, so would wait without temperature loss. after a long waiting period, until the other two finished their ancestors, several MAIN courses came, including mine, who had to sit and get cold, while I ate my appetizer with my engaged, whose beginning arrived at that time. a main course did not arrive and had to be followed twice. the waiters did not seem to rethink, even what it was! When we arrived at the end of the main courses, three came from the side, including those who go with the starter of my friend! at this point we ended the main courses, so we sent an salat back! we said that we were not happy, and finally came a very polite lady who seemed to be in a supervisory function to apologize and said that if the bill came, she would sort out. she also brought four coffees to the house, it was found that other customers complain and that the staff is very judicious. we were not offered desserts, as most employees seemed to have gone home rather suddenly, and when the bill finally arrived, the dame managerin also disappeared. we asked the waiter what he was prepared for, and he made a small tokengeste at the price. We explained that the meal was a complete catastrophe, and that we were not happy. his first reaction was easy to say that if we didn't pay, he would call the police. this has been repeated several times. he also told us that we never go back to this restaurant! frankly, I understand that it was an animated night, and the things can go wrong, but immediately threaten customers with a perfectly valid complaining, courtesy with the police, and asking them not to come again is simply not acceptable. we all left the restaurant, have paid by spicked teeth, very wounded and shocked. that is not how to do with a customer with a legitimate point, and I hope that the lady managerin expressed her dissatisfaction to her personal the next morning! it's as bad as eating was wonderful! Unfortunately, I will not try it again if I am treated like this! for the record was our visit on Saturday, 07.12"

I just don't understand why this fantastic Italian restaurant is well rated rankings. great eating, wein and service every time we go. I am happy enough to travel with my work all over the world, and this is certainly one of my favorites.

What can i say , the food it's amazing, the staff is friendly and i just think they have the best pizza in all Saarbrucken , and the prices are not that high too it's good even for students, an amazing three star restaurant with original ambiental italian music.

We went there two times . The starters are absolutely delicious. Carpaccio and Vittelo tonnato is something what I recommend.The main course , I got some fish which was absolutely disgusting. I didn't ate it . It was not fresh and it was stinky. The pizza of my partner was ok .

Good Italian place in the heart of Saarbrucken. We were there during the week so it wasn't too busy. The food is good, especially the pizza was freshly made and tasted exactly the way I want pizza to! However the staff was a bit 'pushy' towards the end of the night. great food. if there are better Italian restaurants in the city, then it cannot wait to try them. I am more than happy with la galleria. beautiful atmosphere and I don't understand any comments about the 'aggressive owner'. we were now twice and the service is great and the staff is very polite. I am not sure whether to break into my poor German or Italian, but it will be a laugh of the waiters.

We have eaten out several places while here in Saarbrucken. So I am sure my Husband appreciated a less expensive dining experience. The waiter brought out some Olives that were absolutely delicious. My husband doesn't care for Olives and he even commented on how good they tasted.We had a lovely spot by the front window. Our waiter was very good and attentive but not obtrusive.
