Pietanze tradizionali parmensi buonissime e di alta qualità, alta professionalità dei camerieri che ci hanno preparato un tavolo anche se non avevamo prenotato (eravamo in 7 per il 26 dicembre! . Consigliatissimo!

Locale elegante, con personale attento e accogliente. Menù con proposte del territorio, con un surplus di raffinatezza. I piatti della tradizione sono perfetti, sia per la qualità alta degli ingredienti, che per la presentazione. Interessante anche la lista dei vini di cantine selezionate con cura. as from title here you can breathe the Emilian tradition with the capital t... all really delicious from the fried cake to the meats, passing from the homemade pasta with strolghino ragu to horse meat. ..everything really sublime, if you are to parmesan go without doubt! Also important to remember the speed of the service with the local strapieno! Impeccable!
