"Visited this riverside snack restaurant many times when canoeing. Great setting was always good food at fair prices. However, it has now shrunk its menu to 4 or 5 mains raised the prices to those of a good quality restaurant, but the food does not live up to these prices. Considering the volume of families canoeing past it is surprising that the owners have scrapped pizzas family favourites removed the kids play area) in favour of a small, expensive menu that will not appeal to this obvious customer base. Add to that the single toilet which has a constant queue is more akin to a low quality campsite than a restaurant serving €24 steaks. Next time we’ll probably use one of the numerous snack bars along the river instead."

What a great find! The handmade pizzas are absolutely delicious, not to miss! Grilled meat and homemade pommes frites handmade cocktails, ice cream sols with magnificent views of the river, what could you ask more?? The staff was nice and so helpful, could no longer recommend this place!

Only stopped for drinks while kayaking along the Dordogne. Ordered a 50cl lager as listed on the menu at 5.5€. Was then charged 7.8€ for a Meteor beer without being asked. Not even up to the 50cl mark on the glass, served with a snarl and as for the beer, as flavoursome as a flat Coors Light... View menu

Amazing food, amazing service and amazing setting. Moules fries and gourmand burger were both to die for. All the staff were extremely friendly, their good english and our bad French aloud us to get by perfectly. The house rose was also delicious. The setting is right by the river and amazing views! Highly recommend!!

Party of four adults arrived for lunch after a canoe trip. Very convenient location on the banks of the river next to the canoe hire. We received prompt and efficient service. We had three different types of pizza and a salad. All the food was good quality and well cooked. It was a very pleasant and inexpensive lunch with a lovely view.

Here for some food and drink stopped, remained all day! Beautiful environment, very friendly staff and the food was amazing. We had the fresh baked pizza, very classic and delicious. Staff are very helpful and many of them speak English so much again. There is also a kayak and canoe place right next to it on a beautiful river. The landscape and head bartenders were breathtaking. Very recommended!

Walk to the top... 13km Cénac/Beynac in solo kayak... I hadn't booked and I was able, however, to choose my hour of end of ride (return by bus to enjoy gently without hour pressure. I chose CanoeSphere because there was no time constraints on this journey (starting at any time and choosing the time to return ... Their dimensioned side to human size (unlike other m'a plu and their very shady parking (when we travel in van, it is important and the label on the biodiversity of the Dordogne definitely convinced me... Team (the person who deals with the equipment, the bus driver, the waitress... welcoming and friendly... Congratulations to the seasonal... I recommend! @BreizhVanTrip
