"Thanks to a friend of ours who lives nearby, we 've discovered this very nice restaurant offering you a cozy and intimate side at the back of the restaurant, a more trendy hall with a grocery counter next to the till and the veranda outside covered by the portici and protected by the glass all along the dinner area. The service and the personnel was good and Roberto was very careful to let us try the special of the day and serve us the way we wanted : treated as usual customer and assign the right wine for the right dish. We had a bit a mix starter out which i recall a beautiful fresh “Scamorza” , milky and juicy: something I’ve never tried before . All dishes were well presented for my own surprise. The wine list was pretty wide but we 've trusted the host suggestion to start with a local small toscany wine maker specialized on Sangiovese 's . EPIBIOS we loved that wine . Great body and lovely fruity back taste . But what I appreciated the most was definitely the main dish : stuffed duck rolled and cooked in Pistachio crumbs...juicy and tender. Very well managed in the way it was cooked, crispy outside juicy inside . a delicatessen . I strongly suggest it . Well, from now on you found a new customer. ciao Epi"

we were x lunch on Easter day, nice location, eaten discreetly, excellent wine card, clean room staff prepared and friendly, prices a little altini.

Excellent quality products, ravioli with braised beef are simply stunning. I also would recommend desserts. Genuine and guarantee products are their strength.

Thanks to our Pavia friends! It was аn amazing gastronomic experience with white truffles and best Chardonnay I have try. Lovely place with friendly stuff (thank you Vincenzo! , worthy of praise wine cellar and True Italian Cuisine this is real must to be visited!

excellent menu, excellent presentation of the dishes, excellent wine paper . the dishes I tasted were really good and balanced. great service also. the right account . if I have to make a note: near us there was a large and very noisy company, so it was difficult to listen to people at our table. Maybe the room manager could have put it differently.

We hosted a graduation luncheon for 22 people at La Korte dei Sapori Persi and were so pleased we did. From the first meeting to plan the menu to the last cup of coffee, everything exceeded our expectations. The owner and his son met with us to fine-tune an elegant seafood lunch. Our guests were warmly greeted as we arrived (a bit early. The vegetarian and the 3 children in our party were given wonderful options. The food was exquisitely prepared and presented, and the choice of wines to complement the meal and dessert were perfect. Highly recommend!

The place is very good if you need a quality restaurant with space (I went there with a dozen of colleagues). They have a small choice of dishes, but they are all extremely tempting and you will end up in trouble about what to chose. To start, they served us a plate of different hams and salami, and also some culatello, the best Italian raw ham. Then we took basically fish, all very good. They have a very wide choice of wines. The place is not in the center, but it can be easily reached with a walk, in particular if you come from the hospital. Maybe the service can be improved (one of us received his pasta when all the other had already finished).

We were told about this place and was not disappointed. Ask for Vincenzo, he's one of the sons whose family owns this place and yes he speaks very good English. All their pastas are homemade. My husband had trofia (type of pasta) with pesto, string beans zucchini. I had homemade ravioli they even mix their own meat for their ravilo. They were cooked in sage butter. A glass of rose' and I had a salad with egg, string beans, tomatoes. The whole meal was WONDERFUL! There is a deli also with everything you would want. Since we were the last ones to leave Vincenzo introduced us to his parents and a few friends. We felt like part of the family. NOTE: they close for two weeks in August.

Sunday spur of the moment trip to Pavia and where do we eat? A run through foodie sites and follow up calls turned up only landside menues of cheese and fat laden cooked foods. Nothing wrong with that, but not our cup of tea. Without much hope, we stumble upon this place in a nondescript square far from downtown. Once inside, we are greeted with warmth and friendliness in a well lit space with minimal clutter, other than wine bottles on minishelves on the walls. We went for, oh surprise, octopus appetizers, swordfish and eggplant pasta and seared tuna with zucchini. Everything was overwhemingly fresh and well presented. Service was blazing fast despite the warning that everything was cooked...
