the place is very nice and suggestive, the tables are placed with view on the castle of gallipoli. is very popular and waiting times to sit are quite long. there are typical dishes, especially of sea. very few vegetarian dishes. prices are a little high but aligned with those of other restaurants.

We had the mixed of hot and cold antipasti and my son ordered carpaccio di tonno it was all good . I had grilled orata, my son had calamari fritti and the hubby had pasta with veggies and pesce spada. Nice view of the harbour and the weather was quite fine 25C° , the waiter was nice and helped us chose. Prices are modest. Everything was simply great. We enjoyed our lunch. Thank you. View menu

dinner among friends I came to eat with my friends the week of August, we tried, recommended by the waiter, the most delicious dish of the house: of the paccheri with the swordfish really good and never eaten from any other side followed then by various types of mixed appetizers and raws who were a real pleasure for the palate; and not to mention the kind waiters, very polite and so efficent. I and all my friends were really happy with the evening and we will definitely return.

definitely nice location, on the port of gallipoli, my husband and I asked a table sea view, despite being overflowing and we did not book in advance they satisfied us with a little waiting. competent and kind staff. we ate sea appetizer that provided hot and cold dishes and follow two first: -paccheri with swordfish, dried tomatoes, stracciatella and pistachio granella, (very good) - homemade ears with seafood (good, only berry some mussels that were not fresh) good value for money

the place is located on the edge of the historic center of gallipoli, adjacent to the castle of Angioino, from which to take the name, with outdoor tables offers a beautiful sea view and a pleasant relaxing atmosphere. fish dishes, are of good quality and prepared with wisdom, I have enjoyed the hand-made ears to the seafood and the spumone, for those who did not know it is a very exquisite artisan semifreddo. worthy of note is certainly the kindness and professionalism of the staff, a special thanks to Donatella, who with his sympathy welcomed us putting us at ease for the whole evening.
