"We found this restaurant at lunch. the goodness of the dishes made us return to dinner again, to swallow the delicacies of their kitchen. their tuna calf was the best of those tasted in the 6 torino days! excellent proposals of raw meat. I could not miss the goto of the wet cauda, great also in summer. I am not a lover of the dishes of interior, but I could not go away from torino without tasting the preferred dish financier ca a certain well-known camillo count of cauliur and from a. reigning of salted house ... prepared very well, not heavy and I think it is a duty. excellent also in recommending wines in combination. Try, absolutely."

First lunch of my Turin weekend, booked through the fork. very small place, very attached tables, a little cold staff. Typical menu quite vast, I took a first of agnolotti and a tonnaged calf appetizer, both good.

really a nice experience in the serious Piedmont cuisine! traditional dishes, a nice place in the center, friendly service and very nice and prepared patron. cellar interessnateb with Piedmont labels of note. we tasted the batruta, the plin, the cut and the financier, as well as sweet sublimes. all excellent, we will definitely return!

the only perfume that feels passing in front of the room would be enough to convince even those who were already satiated, to stop eating a dish of agnolotti to the ragù. the staff smiles, courteous and fast.
