Locale trovato su internet, si trova su di una curva poco illuminata ma che al suo interno nasconde un bel “gioiellino”. Menu non esagerato, poche cose ma buone! Piatti che ricercano la tradizione sarda. Consigliato! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Ieri sera siamo stati a cena in questo grazioso locale la proprietaria Minnena ci ha guidato con cortesia simpatia e professionalità in un percorso gastronomico basato su un meno davvero delizioso. I prodotti freschi e cucinati in modo originale fanno della Multa Bianca un ristorante dove non puoi non tornare. Noi siamo stati fortunatissimi: il dopo cena è stato allietato da Minnena che non solo è un ottimo chef ma una bravissima cantante . Davvero una bellissima serata.

in the menu there was only a vegan option, the kulurgiones full of potatoes and mint that you could dress up or with tomato or white sauce. but I read that in the menu there were noodles with asparagus ragouts and asked to share them with this after I was sure it was vegetable. as appetizer I asked the grilled vegetables so thrown but with great surprise I arrived three types of vegetables prepared in three different ways: onions of tropea marinated in bittersweet, grilled eggplants and seasoned with tomato sauce and peppers seasoned with raisins and nuts. updated by previous review on 2022-08-25

typical Sardinian place where they can find Sardinian dishes made vegan. the personal of the ortes does not speak English so be prepared. I suggest to them to tell them that they are vegan when they reserve their table, so they know what to do. they have always “Maccaroni Tundi” (typical Sardinian pasta) with tomato sauce (get it to ask it without the cheese) and “Zuppa di finocchietti selvatici” (a typical Sardinian suppe with pieces of Sardinian brot and fennel), which I highly recommend. they offer a large selection of marinated vegetables and typical Sardinian olives. also, in summer, the owner makes the most amazing vegan ice with local adult cowards do themselves please one and get one...

Un posto trovato per caso in quel di Badesi.... In una curva di strada quasi silenziosa. Abbiamo iniziato su suggerimento di Donatella (collaboratrice) e Minnena (titolare e chef) con una tartare di tonno (fresco e pescato dalla stessa Minnena).... Sublime. Abbiamo proseguito con due primi: tagliatelle alla carbonara e fregula di pesce.... Stupende. Non poteva mancare la frittura mista.... Variegata e stupefacente, quasi perfetta. Abbiamo concluso con un gelato ai fichi senza latte, una seadas.... tutto realizzato con le loro mani.... Qui si è fermato l 'orologio. Il mirto bianco, prodotto da loro, ti fa sentire il sapore della terra.... Il sapore del mare.... Il sapore rustico.... Ti fa viv...
