in a word: spectacular! we discovered this restaurant thanks to a friend who works in marine mass. luca and maria prepare with love the dishes of the Maremma tradition (with some pleasant Neapolitan divagation). to try absolutely the pici cacio and pepper and the stracotto at the Monteregio, but also exceptional the cut, to the rocket or especially to the porcini, the tortellacci to the ragù and all the desserts, especially the tiramisu. all ingredients are of the highest quality. intimate, family-run. on the occasion of a holiday in Maremma we made a stop of a couple of hours to marine mass to visit this charming village.
