"La Pescatina replaced a well known restaurant located at Beachside Nr. 60 in Rimini keeping the same facilities but focusing on the Seafood experience. I got curious from the paradoxical idea to serve a so-called “Salumeria del Mare” =Sea Charcuterie : basically the renowned local “Piadina Romagnola” flatbread filled with Seafood Tuna, Swordfish, Smoked Salmon, Blue Marlin, etc. in the shape of traditional delicatessen such as Mortadella, Salsiccia, Speck, Cotto, Porchetta, etc. Menu: Piadina French Fries or Salad and Drink for a total of 12€; My choice: Salsiccia di Tonno “doppia size” means a full piadina; 8€ if standalone ;"

Migliorare la presentazione dei piatti.. La qualità del pesce ci sarebbe anche.. ma su alcuni piatti il sapore del pesce viene minimizzato.. Non sono equilibrati i sapori.. I dolci da migliorare
