"We popped our noses in as it was pouring with rain. We weren’t sure what to have or to even eat here but the friendly waitress asked if we wanted cochinillo we’d have to order now as it took roughly 30 mins to cook. We decided to and came back after a wet walk. We were not disappointed. The cochinillo in the menu del dia (menu of the day) was fantastic. I’ve had a few in Segovia and this was up there as one of the best. It’s cooked slightly differently but my, the bits between the meat and the skin were something very special: almost fused to the skin. So perfectly cooked. I could tell you that the starter of creamy white beans was really good or that the flan de queso dessert was really delicious but it doesn’t matter. Get the cochinillo."

Es un imprescindible en nuetras visitas a Arévalo. Calidad inmejorable. Servicio estupendo y lugar con encanto. No puedes ir y no probar su cochinillo o su cordero.

Paramos solo a tomar una cerveza. Nos gustó mucho.Muy buena atención, las cervezas heladas y las tapas de patatas revolconas extraordinarias (los torreznos de diez). Un sitio muy recomendable.

La comida no estaba mal, pero la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, las servilletas de tela sucias completamente, unas como si se hubiesen caído en el suelo y las hubiesen pisoteado y otras con pinta labios, lo mismo con las copas, era difícil encontrar una limpia en toda la mesa.
