"Stupefatto dalla bontà di questa piccola perla! Il cibo è squisito e composto da ingredienti locali. I piatti sono quella della tradizione, ma sono presenti anche alcuni virtuosismi culinari temporanei non da poco (Ho assaggiato due spadellate di riso dai sapori ricercati e perfettamente sposati). I dolci sono fatti in casa... E che dolci! Raccomando di cuore la torta amaretto-albicocca-ricotta: si scioglie in bocca da quanto è buona! Hanno anche una terrazza coi tavoli, ma non ci sono ancora andato. Rapporto qualità-prezzo Superiore. Adatto alle famiglie."

"Piacevolissima la serata di ieri sera al MALASPINA BISTROT, accolti dalla cortesia del titolare e del personale, in un’atmosfera tranquilla e con buona musica di sottofondo io, mia sorella e i miei nipoti abbiamo cenato con “AGNOLOTTI IN RIDUZIONE DI BARBERA”, “AGNOLOTTI AL SUGO DI STUFATO”, “GNOCCHI AL BURRO, PEPE E FONDUTINA DI MONTEBORE” e “AJÀ (TAGLIOLINI CON SALSA ALL’AGLIO)” Siamo poi passati ad un “TAGLIERE MEDIO DI SALUMI E FORMAGGI” in attesa dei secondi che consistevano in “TAGLIATA DI RAZZA PIEMONTESE CON INSALATINA” E “CARTOCCIO DI TOMINO AL LATTE MISTO CON RUCOLA E NOCI” Abbiamo deciso di terminare la cena “facendoci del male” e quindi gustandoci “SORBETTO ALLA FRAGOLA E LIMONE”, “SCRIGNO CROCCANTE AI FRUTTI ROSSI E SALSA AL CIOCCOLATO” e “BISCOTTI COL PASSITO” Dovendo guidare io ho optato per una ICHNUSA mentre mio nipote ha assaggiato una “BIRRA ROSSA ARTIGIANALE” Per riassumere? "Ristorante di grande qualità, sia dal punto di vista del cibo che del personale. Bella location immersa nel verde nel centro di Rivanazzano. Il personale che ti accoglie è gentile, cordiale e professionale: respiri subito 'aria di casa '. Il menù è alla carta ma puoi scegliere anche l 'opzione menù completo con antipasto, primo, secondo e dolce (bevande escluse). Un piatto davvero notevole sono i malfatti ma in tutte le portate traspare l 'amore e la passione per la cucina. Gli amanti del vino come me avranno a disposizione una notevole lista di vini dei migliori produttori dell 'oltrepo pavese tra cui poter scegliere. Ho messo 4 stelle per il solo fatto del conto: non mi aspetto di mangiare come in una trattoria da menù fisso, sarebbe impensabile. La qualità va pagata, ne sono fermamente convinta: forse 4 euro di coperto sono un po ' tanti, così come i prezzi di alcune portate (uno fra tutti il tagliere di formaggi, notevole ma forse un pochino sopravvalutato). Detto questo, rimane sicuramente un ristorante da provare per avere qualità ed accoglienza in Oltrepo."
