"we drove past and saw the restaurant lighter and decided to risk it. what a nice tasty bite! there were many tables that were reserved, but as we were early birds, they offered us a table when we could release in a few hours what was good. we started with a sortiment of antipasta and then took their recommendations from their daily superior. the food was nice and the clientele were also very friendly. only a word of intention, some of the German restaurants do not seem to be able to process foreign credit cards and this happened as one. Our meal was not expensive, so we have enough money to pay, otherwise it will be a doll to the next cash machine. will surely return"

The epitome of altar go-to Italian place. Simple and straight-forward dishes, but perfectly executed. Pizza and tortellini panna are exceptional. Prices reasonable.

Went once based on a very very high recommendation from a gourmet, gastrophile regular acquaintance of mine. Was pretty non-plussed I must confess. Maybe my expectations were too high. Just ok, really nothing special. Maybe I'm a Philistine?

we ordered pizza amalfi, paccheri spada, spaghetti carbonara, etc. the pizza was really good with a thin crust. the noodles al dente, only to me oil, and the carbonara with cream. the nero d’avola was really good. the service was friendly and helpful. we had. a great experience, thank you. they need a reservation especially at the weekend, because the restaurant is constantly busy. we had a nice pizza to share, but had to wait a while before the main courses arrived as there was a big party. When the food arrived, it was nice. the restaurant does not take credit cards, so make sure that cash

We come here often with a larger group since this restaurant offers good value for reasonable prices. It is not a fancy gourmet place, but it offers good quality pasta, meat and fish dishes, always fresh and tasty. They also make pizza, but I would...not go there for that. Service is very friendly and efficient.

If you can only eat at one restaurant in Bonn, you must visit Trattoria La Riviera. Great Italian good, the best service, super friendly staff, perfect garden location, attention to detail, I could go on! Friends took us to this neighbourhood restaurant on our last...night in Bonn, and I'd return in an instant. Highly recommended. View menu

my man and I ate in this restaurant while I visited my cousin and his wife in bonn. they are regular patrons of la riviera and I can understand why. the good is fresh and tasty, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is casual and. we sat outside and enjoyed every moment of our time there and don't let me get rid of the zabaglione. it was just amazing! I recommend la riviera.

La riviera is ten minutes from our home: We have often been there. This restaurant is genuine italian and exists for many years already. I think they care for the quality and taste of their food, which is better than just o.k. The prices are...friendly mid-range. I think they have many regular customers from this part of Bonn, Poppelsdorf. The interior is not luxurious. They have many guests, so on weekends the restaurant can be full, and then it is better to make a reservation.

Bonn is a charming city on the Rhine, known for Beethoven's birthplace. Typical dishes include Sauerbraten, Rhenish mussels, and Himmel un Ääd, a mix of mashed potatoes and apples.
