My wife and I enjoyed this restaurant so much that we went each of the two evenings we were in Albi. The meal on both occasions were excellent as was the service and in particular Jeremy Pestre as front of house. He was extremely professional and courteous. On the way to Albi, we stopped at the Sommelier Table for lunch. First we were pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the place and the quality of the reception. We have lunched on the covered and air-conditioned terrace which in the middle of the particle is a luxury of first. For the aperitif a Gaillac effervescent and a Truffle kir! A great idea, the more the truffle infuse the more she gets... When at lunch no false note in all areas taste, presentation, service. An address to be noted in your directory of good tables.
