"Yesterday I was in this place with a group of friends, it is true that I had no idea that the coffee shop was totally vegan, if I knew it, I would not have entered. But not because I don't respect this kind of food, but because there are no options for me. I asked for a milk coffee, because the milk is from the cow and they told me they only had soy and oatmeal milk, which are both vegetable drinks. Calling them milk is confusing. I'm a cook and I've been at the hotel for over 10 years. I work in a restaurant and I am an open-minded person who understands, that by color drops, and when a vegan person comes to the local I adapt the dishes so that the comensal sits at home. I understand that local philosophy is to be strictly vegans, but I was marked “we don’t have cow’s milk” as a stab wound in the chest. The coffee they put me was not bad, but being my first coffee with a vegetable oatmeal drink (thing I ordered with soy milk but the very kind boy told me it was oatmeal) the truth is that I didn't feel very well, I don't think it was the fault of doing it but of my stomach. It has not been a good experience at a personal level, but I will surely speak well of the place to the people I know. Finally, the girl who attended me at first seemed rather short, but when we were leaving, she fired us with a lot of education and a smile."
