"A notre arrivée, la terrasse était presque pleine. Quand nous avons voulu nous asseoir, le serveur est venu tout de suite et nous a dit qu'ils fermaient dans 15 minutes. Nous avons demandé si nous ne pouvions pas prendre un verre avec nous deux, mais non était la réponse et la carte des boissons a été retirée de la main. Typiquement la France que tout le monde déteste. Dommage, nous n'avons pas d'autre choix que d'y aller. Au café adjacent Europe Bar. Accueil au top d'ailleurs. Quelques jours plus tard, nous sommes retournés (car il n'y avait rien d'autre dans le coin) pour déjeuner avec notre famille de 5 personnes. Les enfants avaient un menu hamburger et nous avons commandé un menu du jour. Le rapport qualité prix était correct. C'était aussi bon. Pour 13,50 € et un menu 3 plats, il ne faut pas s'attendre à grand-chose. Assiette d'entrée de couscous, plat principal de slavink avec des pois/carottes en conserve avec une feuille de laitue. Le dessert était une boule de glace. Nous ne pouvions pas nous plaindre, donc nous ne le ferons pas. Nous n'y retournerons pas malgré la gentillesse du service"

"Très bon accueil. Le personnel est attentif et à l'écoute . Le service est au top. Les plats raffinés avec un soin particulier sur la présentation. Des amuses bouches au dessert le voyage culinaire est très agréable. L'endroit est très agréable et chaleureux. Que du beau et du bon. Arrivé avec 30 mn de retard mais très bien accueilli et sans reproche ou réflexion. Le client est bien considéré. 4 eme passage au moulin de la tardoire et c'est toujours au top. Merci à toute l'équipe. A bientôt"

"This place is pretty pricey but you get some very well cooked, beautifully presented food. I can't really fault them for the food or service it was all excellent. I doubt I would return because of the price, but I would recommend trying it if you live in the area or are visiting. My mum was a bit put off because the fish came with one of those foams that they love to do on masterchef, but it honestly tasted great and the fish was beautifully cooked. The starter came with a little flower on top which was brilliant because I always wanted a meal that was fancy enough to have a flower on it and I just always wanted to eat a flower. The upstairs seating area has a lovely view and they bring out some little amuse-bouche before you order that were very tasty."

"We were invited to a "Thai Curry night" which was fully attended, the starter arrived, low and behold it was carrot soup, remembering that the temperature had been, during the day 30 degrees and at 7.30pm it was still 28 degrees, carrot soup (hot) was not really required and it certainly was not Thai, (if it had coriander in it that would have possibly been acceptable). The main course arrived, Green Thai chicken curry with rice, unfortunately there was not much Thai taste to the curry and the rice was not "Fragrant Rice" just plain boiled, I heard one lady say to the owner that it was not hot (spicy) to which she replied, "Thai is aromatic not hot" certainly would agree with 50% of that statement, but it was not aromatic and Thai curry is hot, (of course one cannot dish out hot curry to all of the patrons, but it can have a little bite to it, if someone has a problem with it being too hot just add a spoonful of yogurt to it. The desert arrived, not Thai, ice-cream, a small cake, along with a few strawberries in syrup.I am very sorry but, it was not a Thai curry night. Just one point regarding the Green Thai Chicken Curry, it is essential that the Green Thai paste is as good as possible, you can make it yourself but is is not easy to find all the ingredients, just try the following as a possible:50g Green Curry Paste, should have shrimp paste in it, (25g if you wish it milder)Fry with a little oil, add 240ml of coconut milk, bring to simmer, add 250g of meat, continue cooking, add another 120ml of coconut milk plus 100/120ml of water, heat to boiling, add 100g of veg' & cook until softened, add a flat teaspoon of sugar, taste, adjust if necessary."

"Our family had dinner in this restaurant the evening we arrived at the (lovely campsite Gorges du Chambon . The dishes are quite good and tasty. Unfortunately there is NO menu (except what the call menu enfant , which is not really a French menu since there is neither entrée nor a real dessert , you only get a steak haché or steak saumon or nuggets as main dish, and a sirop (soda water and a small ice cream (packaged, industrial for 9€ . Still the menu enfant is ok (our son took it . Otherwise you can choose between different entrées , main dishes (incl. pizzas and desserts. Among the entrées are salads which one can also order as main dish (larger size . Wines as pichet (carafe (11€ for 500 ml which is not very cheap or in bottles. We tasted the Rosé pichet and is was quite tasty. The service is friendly. The room is very nice and cozy. All in all we can recommend it but not if you are looking for either (1 excellent French regional cuisine or (2 a real low-budget place. (If you build your own menu from entrée, main dish (plat principal and dessert then you easily end up with a price around 25 to 30€. ."
