"We arrived at the Hostal opposite rather late and extremely hungry, and the staff recommended the restaurant. It is situated just off the motorway with a large car park. There was a menu del diawhich I think was €11 (I'm really not sure whether that's correct), but we decided to eat a la carte. The food was excellent rather than outstanding, but considering the hour, better than I expected. Our waitress was good humoured and bubbly despite being faced with two extremely tired, and potentially grumpy, Englishmen in fact she made our evening, and I only wish I'd taken her name to be able to personalise my appreciation. If the menu del dia is prepared to the same standard, which I think is probably the case, it will be a bargain."

Nosotros comimos del menú del día, pero vimos la carta y algunos de los platos de la misma sirviéndose en mesas cerca de la nuestra y buena presentación, cantidad, además el local estaba lleno.

Fue nuestro tercer y ultimo intento en comer algo ya que desde las 15:00 pasando por Portugal no hemos podido comer en ningún sitio debido a la hora. Realmente no hay que desviarse mucho si vas a Madrid ya que está en la antigua carretera. Pedimos callos , magro y chorizo media ración de cada y me os mal porque casi no pudimos con ello. Todo esquisto y muy casero. El servicio muy amable y rápido. Los aseos muy limpios y cuidados. Muy recomendable. Tienen menú a 23 eur (hoy sábado no sé si los demás días también) Volverémos si pasamos por aquí.
