"Very good overall, but we allow ourselves to say that we did not find the excitement of the papillae of the first time, we wonder if the leader did not change. I'm sorry to talk to you about the work and involvement of the whole team tonight, reception, sommelier service. We did not have the waouh effect as we had with the autumn menu around the mushroom 3 years ago. Small disappointment especially on the meat dish whose sauce was too salty, the coktail whose cream at the bottom was not mixed, dessert good without more, but with a beautiful sorbet that well noted the whole. At the level of coherence, I personally find that 2 dishes in a row with a condiment broth is too much. Typically, it is this astonishment with the dessert sorbet that we were looking for again, these sensations of wonder, first-time refreshment. This sorbet with a very fresh tarragon, almost sparkling and contrasting with the soft, brought a beautiful balance. This 4th is a reflection of this absent surprise that we were looking for on all the menu we did not find the first time. Perhaps we are severe in the eyes of the wonderful memories of the first time and invites you to try or try this beautiful restaurant to make your own opinion. "No fault. Nothing eliminatory. But no fun. Missing the little extra flavor, the little extra service. I ate a good starter but with an overcooked egg casserole. I ate a risotto dish that was not bad because it was well accompanied, but the rice alone only tasted like water. And a pretty good pistachio dessert but with a burnt crust... "super comfortable rooms, amazing friendly service and excellent restaurant the reception at the reception was super friendly so we had the right rooms for our family. restaurant is very popular and he still has a table reserved for us although we did not book. The restaurant served very well prepared regional dishes. the headkeeper was again super helpful and friendly matching weine and menu suggestions with a super charming friendly wise. all highly recommended!"

"Under the advice of a friend, we try the terrace this noon. We wanted to take 2 menus, dish, dessert at 15€, but 2 meats to choose and I don't eat. I'm asking the waiter if he can do me something else there's only that, look at the map In the fish tab, nothing. We are told that there is salmon but that it is reserved for the next day's menu! So it's meat or nothing, even on the map. I ask for a simple omelette, refused, yet, eggs in the dish pass us by, on ordered burgers. It must be too expensive, or too complicated, an omelette.... At the entrance, we are asked if everything went well, I explain, but nothing to make customer comments. On the dish, we notice that 2 guests next to us have a straight pass to have 2 entrecôtes in the menu instead of the bavette or tartare. Nice. We are paid without any gestures or questions and we are disappointed by the lack of flexibility and consideration of staff. A long time ago I was not so disappointed with a restaurant."
