"I read a lot of positive reviews and decided to try it out on a Monday morning with friends... we were horrified. It was very busy, but only completely overwhelmed waitresses were on duty. After we ordered, we got a basket with no silverware, no plates, no napkins, no butter, which we stared at for about half an hour before our food arrived. of us got the Florence breakfast. It was OK, but overpriced for the quality. I added a softboiled egg to my order, and when I finally got it after a long wait, it turned out to be hard. Upon pointing that out to the waitress, I got an indifferent Okay and never heard from her or from a softboiled egg again until the bill came though at least I didn't actually have to pay for it in the end. The unlucky one in the group ordered the London breakfast that came lukewarm at best. He didn't even finish it, calling it mediocre. After finishing our tiny but pricey drinks within the first minutes of our hour stay, we never got around to order more, as the waitresses were nowhere to be found. Lammerkötter is a restaurant of average quality. They have a great marketing team, but it's not worth the price"

The breakfast was really delicious and there was too many choices and the atmosphere was really nice. The Breakfasts were a little bit expensive

What to say but only the best. If you are craving croissants the real French kind, this is your stop. And the rest of the cakes and sandwiches are finger licking good. Highly recommend

The variation of breakfast is truly amazing for a german Cafe. Beside classical bread with cheese and cold cuts, the have great egg variations, bagels and even french toast. But most important, the cake is awesome. The bomb au chocolat is great but the tarte...au citron is truly amazing

This is a great café with a shop on the opposite side of the square. I always go to the shop first to check out the cakes, before I order in the café, because there is a wider choice. However, I really don’t like that...so many of the cakes have alcohol in it. Why does an apple pie need a rumtaste? It is a pity and inappropriate for kids

We come here regularly for the delicious breakfasts that they have here, but the menu offers much more than that. Of course there is also a large range of cakes which come from their own bakery. It is usually very busy so sometimes it is...difficult to find a table. The audience is quiet so you do not really notice the crowds, and there is a cozy atmosphere. The prices are slightly higher than normal in Germany, but the food is definitely worth it

We had heard that this restaurant was very good for breakfast and that people came from afar to eat here, so we thought it would be good for a breakfast treat. We were not disappointed. I had the London Breakfast and my husband had the...German one, both looked and tasted wonderful. The staff where very friendly and helpful. The tea was also the best we had in Germany, lovely and fragrant, so nice we ordered another. Couldn't afford to eat here everyday but well worth visiting for a Breakfast treat, would love to visit again
