"I read a lot of positive reviews and decided to try it out on a Monday morning with friends... we were horrified. It was very busy, but only completely overwhelmed waitresses were on duty. After we ordered, we got a basket with no silverware, no plates, no napkins, no butter, which we stared at for about half an hour before our food arrived. of us got the Florence breakfast. It was OK, but overpriced for the quality. I added a softboiled egg to my order, and when I finally got it after a long wait, it turned out to be hard. Upon pointing that out to the waitress, I got an indifferent Okay and never heard from her or from a softboiled egg again until the bill came though at least I didn't actually have to pay for it in the end. The unlucky one in the group ordered the London breakfast that came lukewarm at best. He didn't even finish it, calling it mediocre. After finishing our tiny but pricey drinks within the first minutes of our hour stay, we never got around to order more, as the waitresses were nowhere to be found. Lammerkötter is a restaurant of average quality. They have a great marketing team, but it's not worth the price"
