"Cozy place with good local food. A little hidden and not flashy on the outside, but inside you will meet a charming owner (speaking very good English) and eat great pasta (my daughter loved the fettuccine) in a family atmosphere. I was not expecting to find a place like this in the city centre."

This is definitely a hole in the wall sort of joint. DELICIOUS! Inexpensive and low thrills. The pasta with pesto was delicious (I think it contains dairy... it was creamy).
