Small but elegant restaurant in a smart boutique hotel. They have great michelin style service and a very haut menu.

Delicious Italian restaurant with a French chic presentation of dishes. Loved my Vitel tonné and the fiordilatte. We are planning to go back and experience the whole menu.

You're in Paris and about to have a gastronomic Italian fine dining experience. In the Hotel Castille, L'Assaggio is a epicurean delight that should not be missed. This internationally traveling businessman highly recommends this restaurant. My high compliments to Chef Pablo.. le Rey

C'est typiquement un restaurant d'hôtel avec un service professionnel et agréable mais une ambiance manquant de chaleur. La terrasse est agréable. Les plats sont très bons, bien présentés, mais un peu chers. La carte des vins est intéressante. Le tiramisu est effectivement peut-être le meilleur de Paris.

Very beautiful place, great service and very good italian food. I recommend this place if you wanna try some new original italian tastes (done by the Spanish chef ) and very good for a romantic dinner. Very generous dishes and very well presented. sono tornato a cena in questo hotel il mese di giugno, poicheè essendoci stato nel mese di aprile la direttrice mi aveva comunicato che da maggio avrebbero cambiaqto chef e tipo di cucina.devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso per la creatività data a piatti italiani rivisitati.... rivisitati con semplicità e gusto anche nella tradizione otiimo e bravi ...la strada e' quella giusta.

I usually had breakfast in this restaurant and I find it bright and cheerful. a nice start to my day. the complete buffet runs approx. 34€, but there is a la cartè menu that offers certain items. if they decide if. the buffet her eggs, toast and coffee for approx. 12€ pp. that is very reasonable for a hotel restaurant in this opposite of paris. the good is well prepared and the service is fast and friendly. the garden atrium is an absolute shade in the restaurant and I live simply enjoy the outside seats on warm days and look inside in the winter months.

Très déçu : en entrée "Vitello Tonnato à la Piémontaise" un carpaccio de veau fourré d'une mayonnaise au thon (aucune saveur, pas d'assaisonnement, vraiment fade), ensuite épaule de veau rôti (très bonne cuisson (probablement cuisson à basse température), mais la sauce sans consistance, sans goût, ça ressemblait à une sauce industrielle et l'accompagnement, une pomme de terre et une salade de choux ... le meilleur instant culinaire fut le dessert le tiramisu : là c'était franchement bien revisité et réussi.je ne recommande pas cet endroit qui n'a rien de gastronomique rapport qualité prix par rapport à ce que l'on peut trouver dans le quartier pour des tarifs similaires.Une bonne note pour l...
