"My husband and I have visited here twice, once for lunch and last night for dinner. For our midweek lunch it was fantastic value. My husband had the dish of the day for €10, like a fresh meat burger with rice and salad, which was very good.I had a falafel wrap with chips. I don't choose chips by choice, but these were delicious, more like baked thick wedges, not greasy at all, served in a basket. The wrap was more than substantial and delicious. I didn't get the salad it said it came with but had enough with what I did get. This only cost €8.We enjoyed it so much, we decided to go back for dinner last night, however I must admit it was a bit of a letdown. We started off with Hummos, a very, very small dish of it with no presentation, and tabbouleh which was tasty. To follow, my husband had a chicken dish - 3 small, rather dryish skewers, served with greasy normal thin chips and a bit of green salad for €17 which was overpriced. For myself I had an additional starter of falafel with salad which was a good portion for a starter. We were quite alarmed on our second visit, a Sunday and also a local holiday, with our waiter who very, very young!! He managed all right, but I got the impression it was a first attempt, and i didn't really appreciate the lack of waiter skill. I noticed water spilling from the water jug, and his finger in a drinks glass about to be served. My main course came as I was still eating my first course, and the tables were very small so it had to sit on another one till I was finished then swap over .To say we felt rushed was an understatement. However this wasn't the case on our first visit where we had very good, polite attentive service.Byblos has a lovely location on the circular Wilson Place.I would go back definitely for a superb lunch, but wouldn't return for an evening meal."

We had a fine lunch with our kids and friends. Typical Lybian food, Nice wine and very friendly service, we arrived with 12 people and nothing was too much to accommodate us! A must try!

First time in a Lebanese restaurant so I could not compare with others. However, I have had a very good impression. Very friendly and English-speaking stuff and really tasty food. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful food Friendly staff Service was good Grand mezze plate is perfect The salad is so fresh real pleasure! And finishing with the "assortment of Lebanese desserts" was perfect. Would recommend the place

I have had Lebanese food in many different places and Le Byblos is probably among the least such restaurants that I have been to. The Hummus was OK, the chicken pieces were dry and the bread was almost uneatable (Lebanese bread is normally very nice). View menu

Small restaurant so would think you will need to book in advance. We walked in and there was a table available outside. Being a nice end of summer evening it was OK to sit outside. Food was good with the right amounts and the service was very friendly.

Enjoyed a delicious three course meal in this gorgeous little restaurant overlooking the square. We'd not had Lebanese before, but the friendly staff were very happy to explain the various dishes so that we could choose appropriately. They did an excellent job because everything we had was extremely tasty and full of flavour. Not the cheapest meal of our holiday, but certainly the best! View menu

Having eaten French cuisine during our stay in Toulouse, we thought we’d try Lebanese on our last evening. Big mistake! Go to French restaurant and one can sense how much the staff are trying to impress you with their food. In Byblos however, their heart was palpably not in it! Apathy was writ large.and it was obvious there was no enthusiasm… Food was fairly mediocre at best. Nothing spectacular except the price. Altogether, a big disappointment… We really wish we had not gone there for our last supper in Toulouse.

The wife and I had been eating fine french cuisine for a week when we decided a change was required and Byblos situated on Wilson Place met the bill nicely . It is a small restaurant serving Lebanese food all freshly prepared and well presented . We also chose a Lebanese wine to go with it "KSARA Reserve Du Couvent " which was superb and went well with the variety of dishes we tried. You can sit in or as we did sit outside on a balmy evening eat and watch the world go by. The service was good without being an interference.well worth a visit if you are in Toulouse and fancy something tasty and different
