"We chose this restaurant after cycling from London to Paris I really wanted Moules Frites and the reviews I read suggested this would be great. We needed a table for 8 and we're asked to sit outside when there were tables inside which we would have preferred. The pavement is very uneven and twice drinks were knocked over, not due to too much alcohol but because of the tables. We then got to love indoors. The snails for starter were ok, the mussels unfortunately a disaster ! They were infested with little crabs which really puts you off eating them. We mentioned this at the end of the meal but we're still charged the full amount, my friend had over twenty crabs as evidence but they would not listen. We said we would not pay for one portion as that person had really been unable to eat her food. The waitress said that the manager would take it from her wages if we did not pay. We paid jus ten euros less, so overall five euros short. The bill was expensive and the food really was not great. I really would not recommend this restaurant and I have now been put off eating off moules frites in Paris."

nice place of Montmartre with a happy hour at low prices for the neighborhood. Very nice service.

as we leave the rouge moulin, one of the few open places. they treated us very well, the dinner was at the neighborhood level, as well as the attention. the environment is highly recommended.

I love homemade fried mussels. The bosses always come to the dynamic little care, she really loves her handicraft...We have very well eat with my husband, we will come back..The desserts are very good also...Redo!!!!Audrey

an atmosphere and a service at the rendezvous, it's already a journey to that café. The kitchen is very successful, and being a fan of fries I have to say that they are better than in most betting restaurants, and surely made home. I recommend the noisy coffee to all those who pass around.

we have been going there for years and since the change of owner all has changed flat of the day with supplement of the same for dessert and more coffee with the formula and last week a single dish or the card so we will now avoid it damage because this establishment was very well with lots of inhabited

went here after a quick look at the Moulin Rouge, its in a busy street with seats inside and out, there was a musician outside adding to the atmosphere,we sat inside as it was a little chilly-waitress was friendly and service was quick, ordered the steak with pepper sauce, looked a bit on the small side, but was absolutely lovely, the best meal we had whilst in paris, the price with wine and beer was £40 roughly,so really reasonable-very pleasant evening!

Like previous review, went to this place due to rave reviews on trip advisor. Cramped seating area (both inside and out), waitress was rude and uninterested, had snails which were not the best but the biggest disappointment was both main courses; steak and mussels. Steak was like a bit of old shoe leather and mussels were the smallest I've ever seen!Refused to pay which made the waitress even more stroppy; didn't realise that was possible. Not a good place at all

For those who criticize the welcome and kindness of Parisians, come to the loud, you will change your mind! smile, dynamism, courtesy, welcome on top! the decor: a dip in the old betting, the one that you love to find at the foot of Montmartre. Parisian coffee, antique counter, flowers, tables in the old: everything is there for a glass or a meal "more". The map, simple though refined, varies even though approachable. My wife is spitting for the julian vegetable salmon scalope. A personal advice? marinating mussels with cream with its fries. Not much to add. a sun ray can be.Stephane

We stopped here on a whim as we were leaving Montmartre to grab some lunch. I ordered the French onion soup (sorry to be cliché) and it was good - not the best I have had, but not the worst. My daughter loved her ravioli with arugula and cream sauce. The service was good, and the bartender was very kind in helping me with directions to the Métro. My biggest criticism was that the food seemed a little overpriced for what you get...I imagine that is due to the location as it is in a very touristy part of Paris. Bottom line: I would not go out of my way to come back, but if I ended up there, I would be fine with it.
